Fantasy Football Brothers begins our Free Draft Kit roll out. We know we have released our draft kit a little later than previous years and there is a reason for that. Due to the lockout and free agency frenzy we decided to wait and see how it all shook out. We know everyone's time is limited so why make our readers read a bunch of different versions of our draft kit and waste your time. Or do what we did and wait ten days after the dust has settled a little bit and give you the reader a much more informed look at fantasy nation. The Brother's put their collective heads together and tried not to cross the streams on these offensive line rankings. There was a strong push to put the Patriots on the top, but in the end the Jets just have... read more

The real Playoffs are here and what better way to watch them than to extend the fantasy season. If you haven't done fantasy football playoffs edition, it is essentially almost a last man standing. Any dope can truly win this, because you never know what is going to happen in the NFL PLayoffs. The owner who takes the Seattle Seahawks and they have a deep run into the Playoffs looks like a genius, get bounced and they lose the position. Simple as that! So, if you lost out on your league's trophy, now is the time for redemption. Harry Dunn once said to Lloyd Christmas and I quote, "Just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber, you pull a stunt like this, and totally REDEEM yourself." Let's take a look at the Rankings for the Entire Playoffs: 1) Pittsburgh Steelers - PIT - DF 2) New Orleans... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's winds down to Week 17. As we take a look at the Team Defense Rankings for the week, you'll notice the trend of the cream rising to the top throughout the season. Look at the top 10 defenses in this rank and the only outsider you see is the St.Louis Rams who play against a putrid Seattle Seahawks team. All the other defenses in the top 10 are household defenses, pre-season favorites to lead the pack. Week 17: Team Defense Rankings 1) Atlanta Falcons - ATL - DF, vs. Carolina Panthers, Sun 1:00 PM 2) Pittsburgh Steelers - PIT - DF, at Cleveland Browns, Sun 1:00 PM 3) Baltimore Ravens - BAL - DF, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 1:00 PM 4) New York Giants - NYG - DF, at Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM 5) Green Bay Packers - GRE - DF, vs. Chicago Bears, Sun 1:00 PM 6)... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's welcomes you to the end of the road. If you have made it here, congratulations, pat yourself on the back and tell everyone you know that you are in the championship game. Okay, skip that last part, because frankly, no one cares but you and us. The truth is if you made it this far, relish the feeling, because it's almost like the SuperBowl in that teams just don't go back regularly. Not everyone can be the New England Patriots or Pittsburgh Steelers, there has to be a doormat team every year. Look at the Carolina Panthers, they went to a SuperBowl and I don't think they will be going back for a long, long time. The same can be said about the Seattle Seahawks, they once went to the big... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at the Week 16 Defense/Special Teams Rankings. I have decided now at the end of the season that I will be calling these Team Defense rankings, because Defense/Special Teams Rankings is too long to type and the abbreviation DST's is not common enough considering it is just STD's jumbled up in a different way. Well with that said, let's get to the ranks. Week 16: Team Defense Rankings 1) San Diego Chargers - SDC - DF, at Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 8:20 PM 2) Philadelphia Eagles - PHI - DF, vs. Minnesota Vikings, Sun 1:00 PM 3) New England Patriots - NEP - DF, at Buffalo Bills, Sun 1:00 PM 4) Baltimore Ravens - BAL - DF, at Cleveland Browns, Sun 1:00 PM 5) Chicago Bears - CHI - DF, vs. New York Jets, Sun 1:00 PM 6) Dallas Cowboys - DAL - DF, at Arizona Cardinals, Sat 7:30 PM 7) New York... read more

Week 14 has come and gone and for many of us it was an extreme disappointment. The fact that Jay Feely, a kicker, a kicker for Pete's sake outscored Aaron Rodgers and Adrian Peterson combined is a complete travesty. It was another weird chapter in the NFL Season, but in fantasy terms it stayed true to the story that has played out all year. What do I mean you ask? I mean if you had a lineup of Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, Greg Jennings, Brandon Lloyd, Jacob Tamme, Mason Crosby, and any defense, you probably lost out to a chump that had Jason Campbell, Tim Hightower, Ryan Torain, Santana Moss, Derrick Mason, Jason Witten, Jay Feely, and any defense. It was that type of week and it's one I would like to forget. Unfortunately, I can't. I can't stand the fact... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at Week 15 Defense/Special Teams Rankings. It pains me, but at the top of the rankings this week is a team that has been brilliant for the last five weeks. If not the decade, thanks Mo Lewis. I can only think of one person that might have a problem with this ranking. The name and identity of said person will be protected as to avoid further persecution. The facts are that this guy is a huge Patriots fan and on a regular basis disagrees with my rankings when I have their defense rated high. This can only mean one thing..... The Patriots are a solid play this week and they top my ranks against a Packers team that will sorely miss quarterback Aaron Rodgers. I expect the Packers lack of a ground game will... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's rolls into the playoffs after a long season that was beyond crazy. We all need to take a quick breath to collect ourselves, then it's time to get back to work. This is where all your hard work as an owner pays off. This is why we play the game, whether for pride or for the love of money, it's what we do from here on out that matters. The one notable thing about doing the player projections is noticing how many player's in the NFL are hurt and of those players how many are fantasy stars. Fantasy owner's who have had their "studs" go down will have to rely on the waiver wire, which is why we are here. We have recommended player's throughout the season that have helped owner's get through injuries. It's what we do and we love... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's heads into the playoffs where everyone wants to be and those that aren't there will tell you that their team should be there. Blah, Blah, Blah....we know the story. The owner might then show you something he computed or twisted that supports his theory. You have better things to do, you're in the playoffs, now is the time to focus and try to find every angle possible to net every point possible. If you were good enough to get a bye week, congratulations, as they are more valuable than immunity on Survivor and just as valuable as taking a can of mace when going to a club with Ben Roethlisberger for all our female subscribers. Needless to say, team defense is a great way to get ahead of the game come playoff time. These are extra points for your... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's rolls into Week 13 and we present our player projections. There are many notable names missing due to injury and if you have Vincent Jackson or Frank Gore, you'll see they are not included in the projections this week. Which leads me to Jackson. How many owner's had him in their starting lineup after being patient with him all year? All season long he took up a roster spot, yet we stuck by him hoping to eventually cash in on the promise of having him back come fantasy playoffs. Now, his calf injury will set him back some and I have to wonder if he is really injured or if this is just a big F.U. to general manager A.J. Smith? Either way if you started Jackson last week, you came up disappointed, myself included. Frank Gore on the other hand was... read more
