Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at the Kicker and Defensive units for Week 4 in the NFL. We have it set up so you can one stop shop when looking at what glorified soccer player to play or whatever team is playing the Seahawks or Chiefs. As we state in our draft kit, if you are carrying two kickers and defenses, please don't. Don't be that guy. If you are worried about their bye week you are losing value elsewhere in your lineup. There are simply too many variables for these two positions week in and week out. There is simply no reason to be carrying two of these positions, when you can pluck possible value off the waiver wire and already have a David Nelson or Denarius Moore on your roster before they are the hot waiver selections. Here are the Week 4 Ranks: 1) Mason Crosby -... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's rolls into Week 3 of final rank Friday. If you are struggling in your league, now is the time to make your move and right the ship. It's a long fantasy season when you struggle with lineup decisions, let us help give you a peace of mind. The Packer's Mason Crosby gets the top spot this week and points should be plenty for Crosby as the Packer's take on the stout defense of the Chicago Bears. In the second half of our rankings, it's the Pittsburgh Steelers that get top billing again. They were our top unit last week and pitched a shutout against the Seattle Seahawks. Look for more of that again as they take on the Indianapolis Colts who are struggling to find their way without their leader Peyton Manning. Here are the Kicker Rankings for Week 3: 1) Mason Crosby - GRE -... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at the positions that no one pays attention to. But, if you owned David Akers and the San Francisco 49ers Defense last week, you made up some significant points. Rabbit out of a hat? Sunshine on a dog's ass? Luck? Coincidence? Maybe, but you should know that the Seahawks are in for absolute annihilation this weekend at the hands of the Steelers. Here are the K ranks: 1) John Kasay - NOR - KI 2) David Akers - SFO - KI 3) Matt Bryant - ATL - KI 4) Sebastian Janikowski - OAK - KI 5) Stephen Gostkowski - NEP - KI 6) Mason Crosby - GRE - KI 7) Alex Henery - PHI - KI 8) Nick Folk - NYJ - KI 9) Lawrence Tynes - NYG - KI 10) Nick Novak - NYJ - KI 11) Shaun Suisham - PIT - KI 12) Billy Cundiff - BAL - KI 13) Dan Carpenter - MIA - KI 14) Jason... read more

We head into Week 1 of the NFL Season and why most people might think the Steelers, Jets, or Packers might be ranked in Week 1's top spot, it's the Cleveland Browns that take the top spot. A general rule of thumb heading into the season is that if you are carrying two Defenses on your team, you are losing value elsewhere. There are too many variables when you consider D/ST's and many pre-season top ranked units don't end up living up to the hype. Here are Week 1 D/ST Ranks: 1) Cleveland Browns - CLE - DF 2) New York Giants - NYG - DF 3) San Francisco 49ers - SFO - DF 4) New England Patriots - NEP - DF 5) San Diego Chargers - SDC - DF 6) Atlanta Falcons - ATL - DF 7) New York Jets - NYJ - DF 8) Pittsburgh Steelers - PIT - DF 9) Kansas City Chiefs... read more

Fantasy Football Brothers begins our Free Draft Kit roll out. We know we have released our draft kit a little later than previous years and there is a reason for that. Due to the lockout and free agency frenzy we decided to wait and see how it all shook out. We know everyone's time is limited so why make our readers read a bunch of different versions of our draft kit and waste your time. Or do what we did and wait ten days after the dust has settled a little bit and give you the reader a much more informed look at fantasy nation. The 'Hood takes a look at the defensive squads as we head into the season. There are a lot of standout units this year and the Pittsburgh Steelers enter the season as the Brother's number one unit heading into 2011. Does... read more

There was a strong push to put the Patriots on the top, but in the end the Jets just have... read more

The real Playoffs are here and what better way to watch them than to extend the fantasy season. If you haven't done fantasy football playoffs edition, it is essentially almost a last man standing. Any dope can truly win this, because you never know what is going to happen in the NFL PLayoffs. The owner who takes the Seattle Seahawks and they have a deep run into the Playoffs looks like a genius, get bounced and they lose the position. Simple as that! So, if you lost out on your league's trophy, now is the time for redemption. Harry Dunn once said to Lloyd Christmas and I quote, "Just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber, you pull a stunt like this, and totally REDEEM yourself." Let's take a look at the Rankings for the Entire Playoffs: 1) Pittsburgh Steelers - PIT - DF 2) New Orleans... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's winds down to Week 17. As we take a look at the Team Defense Rankings for the week, you'll notice the trend of the cream rising to the top throughout the season. Look at the top 10 defenses in this rank and the only outsider you see is the St.Louis Rams who play against a putrid Seattle Seahawks team. All the other defenses in the top 10 are household defenses, pre-season favorites to lead the pack. Week 17: Team Defense Rankings 1) Atlanta Falcons - ATL - DF, vs. Carolina Panthers, Sun 1:00 PM 2) Pittsburgh Steelers - PIT - DF, at Cleveland Browns, Sun 1:00 PM 3) Baltimore Ravens - BAL - DF, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 1:00 PM 4) New York Giants - NYG - DF, at Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM 5) Green Bay Packers - GRE - DF, vs. Chicago Bears, Sun 1:00 PM 6)... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's welcomes you to the end of the road. If you have made it here, congratulations, pat yourself on the back and tell everyone you know that you are in the championship game. Okay, skip that last part, because frankly, no one cares but you and us. The truth is if you made it this far, relish the feeling, because it's almost like the SuperBowl in that teams just don't go back regularly. Not everyone can be the New England Patriots or Pittsburgh Steelers, there has to be a doormat team every year. Look at the Carolina Panthers, they went to a SuperBowl and I don't think they will be going back for a long, long time. The same can be said about the Seattle Seahawks, they once went to the big... read more
