Steve Johnson is the real deal. Waiver Wire Gold is rare, but just like Brandon Lloyd, Johnson has come out of no where to become an absolute fantasy stud. He's scored in five straight games and has six TDs on the season. His yardage totals need improving, but his red-zone efficiency is far from a fluke. Ryan Fitzpatrick has given the Bills a passing attack for the first time since Jim Kelly retired. Johnson has finally provided Lee Evans with a wing man to dissolve some of the double coverage he's been facing since his rookie season. The defense will allow opposing offenses to put up points, forcing the Bills to the air early and often. Where does he fall in this week's ranks? Lets take a look: UPDATE: Austin Collie looks good to go. He's ahead of schedule and is expected... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's continues our march towards the fantasy playoffs. The season is in full swing and we aren't any closer to having an answer who the top teams in the NFL are. Last week yielded no helpful hints, as the Dallas Cowboys continue their slide and aren't even worthy of being called America's team. Wade Phillips days are numbered as the Cowboys are getting flushed down the proverbial toilet of the NFC East. They were manhandled by the Jacksonville Jaguars and David Garrard in Week 8. The Detroit Lions showed that they are headed in the right direction as a franchise against the now embroiled Donovan McNabb who was yanked in favor of Rex Grossman to run the two minute drill because McNabb is out of shape. Mike Shanahan has brought this on himself and attracted unwanted attention by making a dumb... read more

Most of your leagues waiver wires are probably pretty thin at this point in the season. Only major injuries to starters would catapult someone into fantasy relevance, and none of us want to see that happen. However, there are a couple of players who could have a major impact just in time for your leagues playoffs. Vincent Jackson is due back in week 12 and Sidney Rice could be available around the same time. Both were considered top 12 wide outs heading into the season. The difference in the two, is that Jackson is healthy and hungry, while Rice is trying to come back from hip surgery. Jackson signed his tender and will be available after he serves his 3 game suspension. That's just in time for the fantasy playoffs. If your team is in good shape and your bound... read more

Roddy White returns to top our ranks. As expected, Megatron transformed with the return of Matt Stafford. He'll face the stingy Jets, but should still produce. T.O. continues to impress. Pitt will do it's best to shut him down, but Colston proved that they can be beat through the air. Speaking of Colston, he's come on as of late and should remain hot vs. a Carolina team that is in complete disarray. Eli Manning should have no problems throwing against the Seahawks. Hakeem Nicks and Steve Smith should be at their best after the week of rest. Andre Johnson would be ranked higher, but his late-game ankle injury deems monitoring. Steven Johnson scored.... AGAIN! Bowe lucks out with the Nnamdi injury, while Brandon Marshall slips out of the Top 10 due to his under-usage. Wait and See: What will happen to Randy Moss? The rumor... read more

1) Andre Johnson - HOU - WR, at Indianapolis Colts, Mon 8:30 PM - When healthy, there is no one who is better. Indy has numerous injuries, but Peyton will push for a shootout. Both these defenses will allow points to be scored. 2) Reggie Wayne - IND - WR, vs. Houston Texans, Mon 8:30 PM - Wayne will reap the benefits of Collie, Clark and Addai's absence. Peyton will go back to "Old Faithful". 3) Calvin Johnson - DET - WR, vs. Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM - Matt Stafford's return will boost Johnson's stats. Shaun Hill relied too heavily on his TEs. Stafford will target his WR1 all day long. Washington loves to give up fantasy stats to opposing WRs. 4) Brandon Marshall - MIA - WR, at Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 1:00 PM - We've seen glimpses... read more

1) Andre Johnson - HOU - WR This will be an offensive shootout! Andre will prove why he's the best. In order to keep pace with Indy - Johnson needs to have a game. We have no doubts that he will. 2) Randy Moss - NEP - WR Recent frustrations around the Pats failure to address his contract will not effect his performance on Sunday. The Pats D is porous. We expect high scoring from both teams. 3) Reggie Wayne - IND - WR Despite play-maker saturation, Wayne remains Peyton's primary. Clark, Garcon and Collie will compete for Peyton's attention, but Wayne should top the target list. 4) Brandon Marshall - MIA - WR Marshall will make his Miami debut vs. the Bills. He'll show why he was the biggest off-season acquisition. 5) Calvin Johnson - DET - WR Has a track record for burning the Bears. Chicago's pass-rush will have Stafford under-fire, but... read more

1) Andre Johnson - HOU - WR He's caught over 100 passes in three out of the past four years. He's had back-to-back 1,500 yard seasons. He's averaged over 97 yards per game over the past three years and has averaged 7 catches per game over the past two. QB Matt Schaub is rising in the ranks. With the return of TE Owen Daniels and the anticipated emergence of WR Jacoby Jones, Johnson could find himself with his best supporting cast yet. The run game was non existent in 09, but look for second year man RB Arian Foster to provide the offense with better balance. Johnson will once again cross the century mark in catches and should post double-digit scores. He's the definitive No. 1. No contest! 2) Randy Moss - NEP - WR Moss... read more

With most fantasy drafts being held over the next few weeks, you can't help but feel a certain amount of excitement starting to build. All those endless hours of preparation will finally get put to the test. One of my favorite parts of any draft is selecting players in the later rounds. I can't think of a better feeling than unearthing a fantasy gem with a late round flier. To make your job easier we do our Sleepers and Busts a little different. We cover all 32 teams and identify multiple players who we feel could have a fantasy impact. The fact is, we've become very good at identifying these players. Last year we recommended taking fliers on Miles Austin, Sidney Rice, Jermichael Finley and Jamaal Charles to name a few. If you happened to land two of these... read more
