The tight end position has turned into one of the deepest positions in the NFL. While there are four really solid options who will always start the tight end run in most drafts, smart and savvy owners know they can wait and get one in the later rounds that will offer them great value with huge upside. When another owner wastes his pick on a TE, it just means somebody you like or need will... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's would like to remind everyone that our Brotherhood All-Access Membership is available. Don't be left out in the cold when it comes to sit/start questions during the season. A peace of mind is priceless and we are here to take your questions and offer our own personalized feedback. The tight end position this year in college football is weak. There is no other way around it. The position saw a large number enter the NFL Draft and it didn't help that the big name juniors came out such as Rob Gronkowski of Arizona and Aaron Hernandez of Florida. There is one tight end that is above and beyond the best in this class and that is Lance Kendricks of the Wisconsin Badgers. He and Garrett Graham formed a dynamic duo last year in Madison and now Kendricks will be the featured target in an offense that... read more

The tight end position is extremely deep this season and it's a position fantasy owner's can wait on to address other needs during the draft. For those of you looking for a sleeper, look to the left and see Tony Moeaki of the Kansas City Chiefs. I have to admit I'm higher on Moeaki than most people at FFB. I even think he might be a little low here. The Chief's don't have a pass catching tight end and haven't had one since Tony Gonzalez left town. Moeaki was a solid pass catcher at Iowa who played in a pro style offense, but injuries plagued him throughout his career. If he can stay healthy and the Chief's offense can be better than it was last year, then what we have here is a bona fide sleeper. Be on the lookout for our draft kit which will give more... read more

Last week we released our 1ST LOOK 2010 positional dynasty rankings. We’ll start this week off by wrapping up our ranks with the tight ends. Tight ends are usually an afterthought in fantasy football and especially in dynasty leagues. It’s not that the position is less important than any of the others; it’s the fact that most fantasy leagues only require you to start one. It’s simply all about supply and demand. A larger emphasis is put on wide receivers, running backs and quarterbacks. With a premium put on these positions it’s easy to see why tight ends lose significant value when it’s time to select your keepers. There is no need to use one of your important keeper slots on a player who plays a position that more... read more

With the wild card round in the rear view mirror, we can look forward to this weekends divisional match ups. The tight end position is stacked at that top but thins out very quickly after the first four options. We know what we're getting out of Dallas Clark. He is the unquestioned top option for tight ends and a threat to post gaudy numbers every time he steps on the field. He is the only guy in these ranks that I totally trust. He's in a tier all by himself. The second tier starts with Gates. He is a safe and consistent option at a position that is as important as any other in fantasy football. Rivers trusts him and looks his way often. Shiancoe has emerged as one of Favre's favorite red zone target and also doubles as a safety net in the... read more

Week 17 is here, and for most leagues, the championship has already been decided. We can rest easy (with Peyton Manning and the Colts.. Booo) as we wait for the playoff picture to unravel. Our next fantasy mission: Draft a team for our fantasy playoffs. With that being said, week 17 is certainly the most difficult to rank. Studs are being benched, rookies are being started to prove their worth, and the word "normal" is the farthest from the truth. So, read these ranks with a grain of salt, and beware that if certian studs do play, it may be for a limited time. Have a sit/start, or waiver wire question? – Send it in. The Brotherhood answers ALL questions FREE of charge. Be sure to add us to your favorites, become a fan on Facebook or follow... read more

At the Brotherhood we have been scrambling this week to get our final ranks out before we take a Christmas break. We will update the ranks and information throughout the weekend to keep you completely up to date on all of the news that you can use. Now for our Week 16 TE rankings. We expect to see the top seven ranked TE's put up decent numbers this week, with Vernon Davis, Jason Witten, and Jermichael Finley all looking at great matchups. The caution flag goes out to Fred Davis owners this week and the fairy tale story takes a bite out of reality. I expect Davis to be a bust this week which could cause his owners some crucial points in the finals. Do yourself a favor and leave him on the bench this... read more
