Fantasy Football Brother's continues its' playoff run as we take a look at the kicking position for Week 15. Reader's may notice that Philadelphia Eagles kicker David Akers again resides at the top of the rankings for the week. Is this an error? A misprint? No, the dude is really good. Although we did use the same picture as last week. I couldn't get approved for dual pictures of David Akers from our editor. There are many factors that play into this, but none more important is the fact that he is 29 of 34 on field goals (85%) and chipped in 39 extra points. He is the top kicker in the league with 126 points and is on pace to land in the 150's. The Fantasy Playoffs have quickly arrived. I have to say that was one of the fastest fantasy seasons in a while. It seems as if we hit Week 2 then hopped in the DeLorean and arrived in Week 14. If only I could get my hands on that Sports Almanac! If you find yourself here it means you have something to play for. The Brotherhood takes a look at the least favorite position in all of fantasy sports. But, as many of us know and a great deal of our questions we answer revolve around the kicking position week in and week out. Turnover has been rampant among kickers lately, so it's important you stay on top of this position as guys you think might still have jobs are either sitting(Joe Nedney) or have been released.(Jeff Reed) This week's top kicker is Rob Bironas. Fantasy Football Brother's looks at the Kicker Rankings for Week 10. There has been alot of turnover in the kicking department due to injuries. Stephen Gostkowski is out for the season in New England, he is replaced by Shayne Graham. In Detroit, longtime kicker Jason Hanson is replaced by Dave Rayner due to a knee injury. Lawrence Tynes tops our list this week as I think the Dallas Cowboys defense might come to play in a rivalry game. They could stall some drives in the redzone and Tynes would benefit. Looking for a sleeper as a bye week filler? Try Connor Barth of the Tampa Bay Bucs as the Carolina Panthers have a stout pass defense. Fantasy Football Brother's heads into Week 8 of the NFL Season and we take a look at kicker's. There were some strong kicking performances last week as David Akers and Dan Carpenter were solid and put up over 12 points in most leagues. This week's top kicker is Rob Bironas of the Tennessee Titans. He has proven to be one of the more steadier kickers in the league and plays for a team that has gone through some red zone struggles. He has a nice matchup against the San Diego Chargers this week on the road. Looking for a sleeper, look at Sebastian Janikowski of the Oakland Raiders. He has a good matchup at home against the Seattle Seahawks whose defense has been playing well as of late. Fantasy Football Brother's ranks the kicker's as we head into Week 7. We waited as long as we could, but Nate Kaeding looks to be out this week and will be replaced by Kris Brown. It should be a one week fix until Kaeding is back. The top spot goes to Matt Bryant this week and for fantasy owner's looking for a bye week filler or Kaeding replacement we look at Olindo Mare of the Seattle Seahawks. The 'Hawks offense is not a juggernaut by any means, so the chances should be there as the offense stalls out in the red zone. Another kicker that is quietly getting it done is Ryan Succop of the Kansas City Chiefs. Again he plays for an offense that often stalls in the red zone, therefore giving him chances.
