Fantasy Football Brother's would like to take the chance to wish all our reader's a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. We appreciate all the responses we have received about the site and look forward to giving our reader's the chance to win a fantasy title. We head into Week 12 and injuries are starting to mount. If you have Hakeem Nicks, you are surely disappointed to know that he will miss the next three weeks with a lower leg injury. The only hope is that he returns by the Fantasy Playoffs. Now is the time to prepare your team for the stretch run if you haven't done so through trades. It's time to scour the waiver wire and find the player(s) that might help your team in the week's to come. Week 12 also had a couple of storylines. Titan's head man Jeff Fisher benching quarterback Vince... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's heads into Week 11 with our eye on the playoffs. This is make or break time for many fantasy teams across the country. If you haven't taken advantage of our services, what are you waiting for? We will answer all questions fantasy related and our Eight Ball Tool helps owner's with tough lineup choices. Week 11 means there are no more bye weeks. Which means two things, one, the projections are a daunting task, and two, NFL teams no longer have a chance to get fully healthy from here on out. This is where depth can win you a fantasy title. This is the reason why handcuffs are so important for your studs. Ask yourself, if Ahmad Bradshaw goes down, was I smart enough to grab Brandon Jacobs? or do I have another back that... read more

Fantasy Football Brother's heads into Week 10 and this is a tough bye week for many fantasy owner's as three elite quarterbacks are on byes this week. Fantasy owner's will be missing Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, and Philip Rivers this week. OUCH! That's not even mentioning the wideouts that go along with these quarterbacks such as Greg Jennings, Marques Colston, Lance Moore, any fill in the blank Charger wide receiver. DOUBLE OUCH! This week also marks the beginning of Thursday Night Football, which forces owner's to make tough decisions as to whether or not to start a player that is a little banged up. Roddy White owner's know what I'm talking about. The Player Projections for the Thursday Night Game are up in a different article. The Eight Ball will be updated after game time. This is the... read more

Week 10: Thursday Night Game Preview w/ Player Projections

Posted by in Projections on Nov 10th 2010 and last modified on Nov 13th 2010. (Print This)

This marks the beginning of Thursday night games and the series starts off with a bang as two solid teams from the AFC and NFC collide in the Georgia Dome. The Baltimore Ravens enter this game as the leader in the AFC North. They will look to stay atop their division, but face a tough task as the Atlanta Falcons, leaders atop the NFC South are a perfect 4-0 at home. Fantasy owners have some concerns heading into this matchup and one concern is, "How healthy is Roddy White?" after twisting his knee last Sunday against Tampa Bay and having such a short turnaround. This is a tough situation because White didn't practice on Tuesday and fantasy owner's will be forced to make a decision being it's a Thursday night game. This is definitely a situation to monitor. Another question going into the Thursday night... read more

Week 9: Player Projections

Fantasy Football Brother's continues our march towards the fantasy playoffs. The season is in full swing and we aren't any closer to having an answer who the top teams in the NFL are. Last week yielded no helpful hints, as the Dallas Cowboys continue their slide and aren't even worthy of being called America's team. Wade Phillips days are numbered as the Cowboys are getting flushed down the proverbial toilet of the NFC East. They were manhandled by the Jacksonville Jaguars and David Garrard in Week 8. The Detroit Lions showed that they are headed in the right direction as a franchise against the now embroiled Donovan McNabb who was yanked in favor of Rex Grossman to run the two minute drill because McNabb is out of shape. Mike Shanahan has brought this on himself and attracted unwanted attention by making a dumb... read more

Week 8: Player Projections

The Week 8 Player Projections are here! I know they're late and I was reminded of that by our esteemed leader Bill Sherman. The truth lies somewhere in between that I lost data due to operator error (Thanks Eric) and the fact that I have been wrapped up in college football lately. My sincere apologies. Fantasy Football Brother's rolls on and as we take a look at the Week 8 Player Projections there are some noticeable names missing due to injury. Here's looking at you Dallas Clark, Joseph Addai, Malcom Floyd and Tony Romo (who according to Roy Williams, Jon Kitna is just as good as Romo) We'll see about that. Week 7 brought us more parity, though we can just call it a competitive balance. What has happened to the New Orleans Saints? They got manhandled by Cleveland last week, maybe Eric Mangini read Bill's... read more

Week 7: Player Projections

The Brotherhood takes a look at the Week 7 Projections. Hopefully everyone is taking advantage of the Eight Ball to make those hard to decide lineup questions, on top of asking the Brother's any questions you might have concerning fantasy football The injury bug has taken a bite out of fantasy rosters in Week 7 and this is where solid roster depth comes into play. We might have to rethink that whole depth doesn't win fantasy championships after this week. The defensive players have been hit hard by fines due to concussions and certain players such as the Steeler's James Harrison are said to be mulling retirement. While we don't buy into that, defensive guys have come out and said they won't change the way they play and will deal with the fines brought down by the NFL. The NFL is going to act like they care in... read more

Projection 8-Ball Tool (FREE) Instructions

Posted by in Projections on Oct 14th 2010 and last modified on Oct 15th 2010. (Print This)

Fantasy Football Brothers Projection Tool Instructions Welcome To The Brotherhood! It is with great pleasure that we are announcing that the Brotherhood is unleashing our newest toy later this week. It is our version of a projection tool. We haven’t come up with a name for it as of yet and obviously the name is still a work in progress. The  8 ball tool (Like I said the name is a work in progress)will allow owners to plug in their fantasy teams rosters, adjust the scoring according to your specific league scoring. Then we give you our projected fantasy points for the upcoming week. (Sorry we don’t include attempts, completions, bonuses for milestones, length of touchdowns or return yards)I might be biased but just by a little, our projections are pretty accurate as far as projections go. We (And by we I mean Rob)actually puts a ton of thought and research into the numbers that he comes up with. As opposed to some... read more

Week 6: Player Projections

Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at the Projections for Week 6. We are pleased to announce the new tool for our reader's. At this moment we'll call it the Eight Ball. The project has been a long time in the making and we feel it is a good tool for fantasy owner's that are on the fence deciding between player's. The Eight Ball allows you to adapt the settings to your league scoring, much the same way our Draft Tool was run, so everything is customized and tailored to your league's scoring format. We hope you enjoy it! With that out of the way, the NFL has been wacky and weird to say the least as we head into Week 6. There have been a number of trades as I stated last week and there is one more to add to... read more

Week 5: Player Projections

Posted by in Projections on Oct 6th 2010 and last modified on Oct 7th 2010. (Print This)

Fantasy Football Brother's takes a look at the Week 5 Projections. It's do or die time across fantasy leagues and it could be time for many fantasy owner's to try and make a move to improve their teams. Andre Johnson owners are between a rock and a hard place because Johnson is a little nicked up and he hasn't been putting up his typical numbers. Fantasy owner's in the lower part of their league standings might need to wait to get full value for him. Other owner's will try to pounce and buy low on Johnson. With all that being said this is a critical time in the season, unless your team plays two games a week, but if you play in a one game per week league, it could be time to address some of your team's issues if you haven't done so on... read more
