Fantasy Football Brother's offers up our NFL Mock Draft 2.0. Many things have changed since our last mock draft, the biggest being Andrew Luck returning for his senior season at Stanford. Luck's return ensured that NFL Draft 2011 will be dominated by defensive players. The defensive end position is loaded with NFL ready talent. There are some notable college players missing here and the most glaring is Cam Newton of Auburn. The reason being is that I'm not sold on him at the NFL level and I don't think he goes in the first round. One of my concerns with Newton is that when he was forced to throw the ball, such as in the National Championship game a season high 34 times, he completed a season high of just 20 of those passes for a 58.8 completion percentage. That is against a decent Oregon secondary,... read more

Is it already that time of year for NFL Mock Drafts? Well for some owner's who are already out of their league runnings in dynasty/keeper leagues the scouting has begun at the college level for a player that could fix their team. Whether that be drafting a Mark Ingram of Alabama or the Detroit Lions finally wise up and draft an offensive tackle such as Colorado's Nate Solder to further the growth of Matthew Stafford, we are here to help. Andrew Luck of the Stanford Cardinal is our early favorite number one pick. The junior has looked every bit the part as he boasts a 157.53 quarterback rating. Luck has also completed 62.8% of his passes and has 13 TD's against only 4 INT's. He has also not had a cupcake schedule like some other signal callers across the country. Luck is 6'4,... read more

The 2010 NFL Draft is drawing near. The College Juniors have declared for the Draft and the slots are pretty much set. The NFL Draft is a crapshoot at best and many Mock Drafts are filled with tales of fantasies and not on a team's need. There are alot of "sexy" picks made by draft pundits and the flavor of the week this week happens to be Jimmy Clausen taking over the top spot in alot of Mock Drafts. While I see this as a possibility because the St. Louis Rams have a need at quarterback, why would it be Clausen and not Sam Bradford who could have gone as the number one quarterback last year? I do think the Rams will trade out of the top slot and gain value deeper in the draft where they will be able to take a quarterback and yet add another impact player who can... read more

The 2010 NFL Draft is right around the corner, well not really, but to diehard football fans' it is. There are some changes to the format for the draft and while I may not agree with it, I can see why the NFL is doing it. The NFL Draft has evolved into a huge event and has become a rite of passage in April. The format for the 75th NFL Draft is as follows: Thursday, April 22, 2010>7:30 p.m.--11:00 p.m.< Friday, April 23, 2010>6:30 p.m.--11:00 p.m.< Saturday, April 24, 2010>10:00 a.m.--6:00 p.m.< My hope is that the new plan backfires on the NFL and viewership suffers, then maybe they will move it back to the original format where friends can make a weekend out of it. Anyways, enough from me, let's get to the mock. This mock draft includes juniors who I think... read more

Fantasy Football Brothers conducted their latest fantasy mock draft on Tuesday night. With the season flying up on us I'd thought I'd breakdown our latest F.F.B. Mock Draft, with Trends, Best Picks, and Suspect Picks. In the middle of the draft we have our draft board that breaks down each owners' picks and the commentary resumes after. This league being a half a Point Per Reception league so Wide Receivers taken early and often throughout the draft. Add in the fact that each team must start 3 Wide Receivers and 1 TE, led to this being a WR heavy draft, and teams sleeping on Tight Ends once the top 5 were all selected. Owners also had a tough time knowing which Running Back was getting what job, and how many carries, so far fewer Rbs were taken during the draft, and there were barely any fliers taken. Here's the League Scoring and Roster... read more

Every year fantasy owners search high and low for player rankings. We love to rank players! We scour through anything we can get our hands on to determine where we should rank and draft players. Then we count on these rankings to guide us to fantasy glory. But what do we do when the rankings are wrong? I'll tell you what we do. We use last years rankings to find players who are going to be undervalued on draft day. For one reason or another these players failed to meet fantasy expectations last year. Injuries, suspensions, difficult schedules or just a lack of consistent play contributed to their overall disappointing seasons. Now...I don't have a crystal ball, but what I do have is time...maybe too much time. So what I did was take last years fantasy rankings from 25 expert sources to compile a list of players that... read more
