Sneaky Plays: Julio Jones: Jones has opened up his rookie season facing two stout defenses. The targets are there, it's just a matter of time before the production follows. Atlanta was forced to go retro last week and work the middle of the field with Tony Gonzalez as the Philly DBs locked down the perimeters. The Tampa secondary won't have the same success. Lance Moore: Moore was worked into a limited role as he acclimated to the field for the first time this season. Drew Brees has McGivered two stellar outings without his two top targets. As Moore slowly approaches full health, his production should increase. He should eventually prove to be more valuable than both Devery Henderson and Robert Meachem. Deep Sleeperzzzzz: Kevin Ogletree: Ogletree did... read more

Faith RewardedWEEK 2 STUDS: Jeremy Maclin: 13 receptions, 171 receiving yards, 2 TDs. We advertised Maclin as a more complete receiver than DeSean Jackson. On Sunday night - he made that quite evident. Maclin carried much concern come draft day, but should repay those who overlooked the risk. Illness will not deprive you of talent. He’ll be a stud moving forward. Vincent Jackson: 10 receptions, 172 receiving yards, 2 TDs. The Patriots completely shut down Antonio Gates and forced Malcom Floyd out of the game with an injury. Jackson picked up the slack posting stellar stats after a Week 1 flop. Opposing defenses will continue to have to pick their poison in terms of which Charger play-maker they attempt to stop. Miles Austin: 9 receptions, 143 receiving yards, 3 TDs. We've seen both Austin and Dez perform incredibly already this season. If this offense can ever get healthy, the sky is the limit. Dez... read more

Week 1 Studs: Steve Smith: 8 receptions, 178 receiving yards, 2 TDs. Steve Smith is the happiest man in all of football. Although the Panthers lost to the Arizona Cardinals Sunday afternoon, Cam Newton displayed poise and potential far above his experience level. Smith and Newton missed time this preseason to get "in sync" but you'd never know watching this game. We've watched Newton's film over and over again and we were incredibly impressed with his ball placement and arm strength. Smith is as shifty as they come. He makes up for any size/stature deficits with power and passion. It's been a while since we've seen Smitty look so sharp. We know it's early, and next week's match-up vs. Green Bay will be a tough one, but things are looking up for owners who took a flier on Newton and Smith. Kenny Britt: 5 receptions,... read more

There are girls that are cute… and then there girls that are sexy. The cute girl you can take home to your Mom. She makes you feel comfortable. She’s non-threatening, a little timid and shy. She’s soft spoken…. Innocent. She’s safe. Then there’s the sexy girl… Wait she’s not a girl – she’s a woman. She’s the girl you worry about when she goes out on her own. You crave her. She makes you feel incredible, yet uneasy. She’s mysterious. She’s risky. She may not be Mrs. Right, but she’s absolutely incredible – right now! You love and hate the way she drives you crazy, but it’s why keep coming back for more. Same goes for fantasy football. I’m not saying I’m attracted to anyone in the NFL (other than Tom Brady), but some players have more sex appeal than others. You draft them because they have incredible upside, yet... read more

This week the brokers from the Brotherhood focus on what stock options are available heading into the 2011 season. Selling before the crash and buying on the cheap can lead to fantasy cash flow. We’ll provide free quotes and offer up-to-date stock analysis on today’s market trends. FFB is committed to making sure you get proper return on your fantasy investments. Stock Falling: Jonathan Stewart - CAR - RB The Panthers had the most dangerous two-headed monster in the league, but DeAngelo Williams' contract may have cut the head off of one. Carolina is paying DWill RB1 money and they will expect him to produce like one. Stewart is looking more and more like a glorified handcuff than a RB2. There are far more attractive options in the running back market. Maurice Jones-Drew - JAC - RB Heading into the draft, MJD remains one... read more

With the quarterback, running back, and tight end positions appearing deeper than ever, landing an elite wide receiver is essential. There is a clear-cut Top 8, but then the questions start flying. If you find yourself quivering over selecting a questionable running back in the middle to late first round, a stud wide-out may be the way to go. With a youth movement at the quarterback position, and the tight end pool deepening - solid prospects are falling to the later rounds. Running back has become the easiest position in all of fantasy to fill. Stud pass-catchers are an endangered species. Be sure to draft one before they're extinct. Calvin, Fitz, and VJack are on the rise. Jennings and Wayne on the fall. 1) Andre Johnson - HOU - WR No surprises here. Johnson deserves the No. 1 spot. Owners may opt for Roddy White or Calvin Johnson with A.J. coming off of an injury riddled season, but Johnson combines the physical tools of Megatron, with the consistency of White. Kevin Walter and Jacoby Jones have failed to provide Johnson with a legitimate wing-man, but the return of Owen Daniels and Houston’s ground game should diffuse defensive attention. We expect a clean bill of health and one of his most dominating seasons to date. If you find yourself hesitating over a running back in the mid to late slots in round 1, Johnson is a low-risk/high-reward pick. Draft him without concern. 2) Roddy White - ATL - WR: It’s hard to rank anyone... read more

Vincent Jackson and Kenny Britt sky-rocket right into the Top-10. Owners will be rewarded for their patience. Brandon Marshall has disappointed all season. The Miami offense simply never got going. He's coming off of one of his best games of the season and has a very favorable match-up vs. the Lions. Brandon Lloyd and Santana Moss did not struggle as expected with Tim Tebow and Rex Grossman playing the reliever roles. Santana should once again produce vs. the Jags. Lloyd has the talent and match-up to off set Tebow's lack of experience. He's still a risky play, but Houston should provide plenty of opportunities. With Steve Smith and Austin Collie's seasons being over, Mario Manningham and Pierre Garcon are in a position to put solid WR2 numbers. DeSean Jackson's play-making ability has taken away from how great of... read more

Wide Receiver value is being drastically effected by the injuries and inefficiencies at the quarterback position. With Matt Cassel in question, Dwayne Bowe becomes a shaky play vs. the Rams. Without Cassel under-center, expect the Chiefs to grind it out on the ground. Kyle Orton looks to be a scratch vs. the Raiders. He's been the worst QB in football over the past two weeks. Brandon Lloyd, Eddie Royal and Jabar Gaffney remain risky starts. Tampa's secondary is vulnerable. If Shaun Hill is able to start, it'll bode well for Megatron. Wes Welker jumps into the Top-10 for the first time in months. He's adjusted well to the change in offensive scheme. Brady peppers around his targets, but Welker's production will remain consistent. Greg Jennings, James Jones and Donald Driver... read more

Andre Johnson is showing why he was the No. 1 receiver off the board. The opportunity to to perform against Cortland Finnegan will have him motivated. Hakeem Nicks at the four spot may be a lil generous, but his jump back into fantasy relevance impressive. With teammate Steve Smith potentially done for the season and Mario Manningham dinged up, Nicks should dominate Eli's aerial focus. Even if Asante returns, Nicks should perform. After a slow start, Marques Colston is playing his best ball of the season. The Saints are very quietly the best team in the NFC. Tom Brady's amazing play is pushing Wes Welker and Deion Branch significantly up the charts. Welker has adjusted well to "life after Moss". He's virtually uncover-able. The Patriots have turned into a team that is virtually impossible to game-scheme against. Greg Jennings' is as if Aaron Rodgers is playing.... read more
