The free draft kit rolls on. In fantasy football, knowledge is power.  So today Fantasy Football Brothers will drop a little knowledge on you.  This is a handcuff chart, but this list also serves as an up to date depth chart as things stand right now.  The NFL has only played one exhibition game so far, so rosters are still shaking out.  Who ever you end up drafting you need to know who is next in line for carries.  There are some teams that have clear cut backups, other teams have their depth chart constantly in flux. There are some teams that have backup players that are truly closer to being the 1B on the depth chart than a true handcuff.  Guys like Jonathan Stewart, Mike Tolbert... read more

1) Andre Johnson - HOU - WR No surprises here. Johnson deserves the No. 1 spot. Owners may opt for Roddy White or Calvin Johnson with A.J. coming off of an injury riddled season, but Johnson combines the physical tools of Megatron, with the consistency of White. Kevin Walter and Jacoby Jones have failed to provide Johnson with a legitimate wing-man, but the return of Owen Daniels and Houston’s ground game should diffuse defensive attention. We expect a clean bill of health and one of his most dominating seasons to date. If you find yourself hesitating over a running back in the mid to late slots in round 1, Johnson is a low-risk/high-reward pick. Draft him without concern. 2) Roddy White - ATL - WR: It’s hard to rank anyone... read more

Fantasy Football Brothers continues its' look at the positional rankings for College Fantasy Football. Today, we take a look at the running back position and it is one that is shaping up to be a deep field. This in return allows fantasy owner's to wait on a running back and draft a quarterback or will allow many owner's the opportunity to build a stable of backs that can carry them through the season. It really depends on your belief of quarterback's winning fantasy titles or quality backs to back up quality backs. The famous saying at FFB Headquarters is, "Depth doesn't win fantasy titles." After last season however of having top notch players on the sidelines due to injury, I'm starting to rethink that statement. One name is often spoken amongst college football fans and that is LaMichael James of the Oregon... read more
