Bush is only owned in 82% of leagues.

2010 has been a little different from previous years.  Usually we have a good idea of what we can expect from teams and players around the fourth week of the season.  This year has been a little different.  Heading into week 6 there are no undefeated teams remaining and we have witnessed an uncanny amount of player movement.  Hopefully, things have settled down and we can finally get a better idea of what we can expect going forward.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding some of these players, this weeks waiver wire could be loaded with guys who have the opportunity to make a substantial impact on your team.  It may look like some of these players are obvious names, but they’re not.  Some high impact players could be available on your leagues waiver wire.  One or two of these players could be the last piece to the puzzle that puts your team over the top.

As always, if you have any questions regarding your team you should strongly consider taking  advantage of our Season Pass.  Our Ask a Question feature is one of the best Fantasy tools available.  We are available 24/7 to bounce ideas off of and provide you with any support you may need.  We put in the time because we know some of you can’t.  It’s what we do, and we love doing it.

1) Michael Bush – OAK – RB
Bush is owned in only 82% of Leagues. Bush was a beast on Sunday and will continue to be going forward. He’s an every down back who always produces when given the opportunity. He will split time when McFadden returns but he should get enough touches to warrant RB2 or flex status. He has tremendous upside and should be owned in all formats.

2) Felix Jones – DAL – RB
Jones is owned in 81% of leagues.
The Cowboys said they were going to get Jones more involved and they did. Jones gained over 125 total yards on 19 touches. He’s the most explosive back the Cowboys have. I fully expect his workload to remain around 18-20 touches a game making him a must own in all formats.

3) Fred Jackson – BUF – RB
Jackson is owned in 72% of leagues.
Last years breakout star will get every opportunity to produce now that Lynch is out of the picture. I expect Jackson to handle the bulk of the carries making him a solid low end RB2 or Flex play. He should be owned in all formats.

4) Ben Roethlisberger – PIT – QB
Owned in 95% of leagues. Roethlisburger is due back this week. If he’s available go get him. I know the QB position is deep this year, but the Steelers offense has the potential to be very good behind Big Ben. He’s a must own in all formats.

Britt has the potential to put up solid numbers. He's a must add in all formats.

5) Kenny Britt – TEN – WR
Britt is only owned in 56% of leagues. He is an extremely talented wide receiver who lacks maturity. That is why he’s had such a slow start this season. It took him nearly 4 weeks to get into game shape and pick up the offense. He has the ability to become a weekly fantasy option and I think he will. He should be owned in all formats.

6) Danny Amendola – STL – WR
Amendola is only owned 35% of leagues.
We really liked D.A. heading into the season. Our biggest concern with him is that we thought his return duties would limit his upside as a wide out. However, due to injuries he’s now the top option in the Rams passing game. He will become the defenses main focus in the passing game limiting his upside but he should still be owned in larger 3WR leagues and PPR formats.

7) Lee Evans – BUF – WR
Evans is owned in 41% of leagues.
With the improved play of Ryan Fitzpatrick, Evans could once again become fantasy relevant. It’s also worth noting that a rumor has surfaced that the Rams are interested in acquiring the veteran wide out. If that happens his value would get a solid boost. He’s not a great weekly option but he should be considered a decent bye week fill in in deeper leagues.

8) Marshawn Lynch – SEA – RB
Lynch is owned in 80% of leagues.
He got his wish and was traded to the Seahawks. Reports out of Seattle are that Lynch will get a majority of the carries. This makes him an intriguing fantasy option. I expect Lynch to receive a majority of the touches with Justin Forsett taking 3rd down duties and spelling Lynch form time to time. Lynch will make a decent RB2 or flex play with an increased workload.

9) Nate Burleson – DET – WR
Burleson is owned in 17% of leagues.
He has always produced solid numbers when healthy. Unfortunately, he’s never healthy. If he is able to stay healthy he’s worth owning. He should make a decent fill in option during the bye weeks if you need help at WR. Keep an eye on him going forward. He does have WR3 potential.

10) Shaun Hill – DET – QB
Hill is owned in 48% of leagues.
Hill has become a solid weekly option. If you need depth at QB or your starter has underperformed, I recommend grabbing Hill and starting him. As long as he’s the starter in Detroit he’ll be worth owning in most formats.

11) Brandon Tate – NEP – WR
Tate is owned in 68% of leagues.
Unlike Edelman and Branch, Tate fits the Patriots need for a WR on the outside. He has tremendous deep speed and has impressed with his route running ability, but he is still raw. He’s worth a roster spot in deeper leagues and should be considered a WR4 with upside at this point.

12) Davone Bess – MIA – WR
Bess is owned in 56% of leagues.
A lot of people are saying Bess may have reached his ceiling this season. Because of this he’s not getting a lot of attention in fantasy land. He should be considered a decent WR3/4 option depending on league size. Henne trusts him and Bess was able to rack up 76 receptions last season. We can not ignore that type of production so keep your eye on him or pick him up as WR4 with upside during the bye weeks.

13) Mike Hart – IND – RB
Hart is owned in 12% of leagues.
The Michigan alum is the only healthy body in the Colts backfield. That alone makes him relevant this week. If Addai and Brown are unable to go Hart would be worth a spot start. Donald Brown is also only owned in 58% leagues. He’s been a disappointment so far but he could become the lead back by default.

14) James Jones – GRE – WR
Jones is owned in 18% of leagues.
Jones has played well if you consider how poorly Greg Jenning has been. With Finley out at least a month, probably more Jones should see an increase in targets. If Rodgers is out this week all bets are off, but Jones is someone I would keep my eye on in deeper leagues.

15) Julian Edelman – NEP – WR
Edelman is owned in 18% of leagues.
Edelman could see his role expand with Moss being traded. He fits in the same mold as Welker and new comer Branch, but I like Edelman a lot more than Branch. He’s worth a look in deeper leagues and PPR formats.

16) Chris Ivory – NOR – RB
Ivory is owned in 21% of leagues.
He has been just ok filling in for the injured P.Thomas. The Saints acquired J.Jones so we need to wait and see how the roles are affected. I still like Ivory over both Jones and Betts so consider him P.Thomas #1 handcuff.

17) Anthony Armstrong – WAS – WR
Armstrong was an Fantasy Brothers Super Sleeper heading into the season. He has impressed us so far and has developed a role in the Washington offense. If McNabb keeps looking his way on the deep balls consider Armstrong a decent WR4 option with upside

18) Harry Douglas – ATL – WR
Douglas is owned in 5% of leagues
. With Michael Jenkins out Douglas has emerged as a the 2nd receiving option behind White. If your in need of receiver help in deeper leagues Douglas could be worth a Hail Mary play.

19) Deion Branch – NEP – WR
Branch is owned in 26% of leagues.
He was traded to the Patriots this week making him fantasy relevant once again. He’s not the player he was when he left New England four years ago so don’t think he’ll instantly produce starter numbers. He’s worth a look in larger leagues and PPR formats but that’s about it.

20) James Starks – GRE – RB
We really liked Starks heading into the NFL Draft. He’s a super talented back who has the physical skill set to be an asset as a RB. Unfortunately, he’s never been able to stay healthy. With the Packers unlikely to trade for a running back Starks could become relevant in the Packers offense when he comes off the PUP list. He’s worth a look in deeper leagues.

21) Danny Ware – NYG – RB
Ware should be considered an option if Bradshaw suffers a serious injury or misses any time. Right now it looks like we’ll see a Jacobs Bradshaw combination but both those back carry significant injury histories.

22) Julius Jones – SEA – RB
Jones was picked up by the Saints but I still don’t like him as an option. I think the Saints just need a warm body in the back field but keep your eye on this situation.
