F.F.B.s top QB in Week 16.

If your reading this then you're either playing for a championship or you're a week away from fantasy glory. This is the week to pay attention to what the coaches are saying. We need to know if certain players are going to rest or play sparingly. Check your waivers and look for those free agents who have solid match ups this week and could help your team in a pinch. We're not sure how the Colts are going to use Peyton Manning,  if you own him have a backup plan in place just in case. The Colts have locked up everything in the AFC, unless they're shooting for perfection this could very well be the week Manning only plays a half.  It's worth noting that some of our top QB's have very friendly match ups.  Brees, Brady, Rodgers, Warner, Rivers and Schaub... read more

Vernon will be the only "Davis" to have a good day this weekend.

At the Brotherhood we have been scrambling this week to get our final ranks out before we take a Christmas break. We will update the ranks and information throughout the weekend to keep you completely up to date on all of the news that you can use. Now for our Week 16 TE rankings.  We expect to see the top seven ranked TE's put up decent numbers this week, with Vernon Davis, Jason Witten, and Jermichael Finley all looking at great matchups.  The caution flag goes out to Fred Davis owners this week and the fairy tale story takes a bite out of reality. I expect Davis to be a bust this week which could cause his owners some crucial points in the finals. Do yourself a favor and leave him on the bench this... read more

WEEK 16 K RANKS (HOLIDAY EDITION)

Week 16 and it's the final round for most fantasy owners. Points are much needed and kickers are a great way to get those much needed points. Stephen Gostkowski of the New England Patriots is Fantasy Football Brothers top rated kicker going into Week 16. This was the presence of many factors, the main one being the Patriots offense is sort of in a funk right now and there red zone package is predictable at best. Which leaves Gostkowski to boom them in and put points on the board. Have a sit/start, or waiver wire question? – Send it in. The Brotherhood answers ALL questions FREE of charge. Be sure to add us to your favorites, become a fan on Facebook or follow us on Twitter. WELCOME TO THE BROTHERHOOD!   Here are the kicker rankings for Week 16:  1) Stephen Gostkowski - NEP - KI, vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, Sun 1:00 PM 2) David Akers -... read more

WEEK 16 D/ST RANKS (HOLIDAY EDITION)

Adrian Wilson and Co. will bring the pain this week against the St. Louis Rams.

It's Week 16 and there have been some really odd performances by defenses lately. Case in point last week with the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers, two of the leagues better defenses and 73 points were put on the board. Defenses are alot like kickers in that aspect, a crapshoot, which is why we recommend drafting them late in your draft. All those people that spent a high draft pick on the Steelers D/ST know what I'm talking about. The Arizona Cardinals get the nod as Fantasy Football Brother's top unit this week and I wouldn't be surprised to see them throw up a donut, or is it doughnut this week against the St. Louis Rams and their Ryan Leaf prodigy Keith Null. For those of you that don't know, Null attended West Texas... read more

Revis Forcing Wayne Owners to Contemplate.

  1) Paths to Perfection - When Will They Sit? Fantasy GMs cheered as the news spread that the Saints would be playing for a perfect season. Now that the dream is over, what can fantasy owners expect? There is nothing more disappointing than drafting a juggernaut, winning your way into the finals just to see your studs sit. There’s been no official word out of Colts camp letting us know what to expect on Sunday. They remain the only team on the path to perfection. They’re an established franchise that has become accustomed to the post-season. A Super bowl is one thing. An undefeated season and a Super bowl is an other. The coaching staff and players will tell you that their main goal is to make it to Miami. The Miami Dolphins remain the only team to have captured a perfect... read more

"It has been really a tough couple weeks but you move on. That is the nature of the game. I am happy that we got this victory and I appreciate all the support from my true fans, the players, the coaches, my family and loved ones and I have been in this league 12 years and I have been through a lot. These shoulders I have on my body you could put the earth on it. Just to let you know I bounce back." -Randy Moss

Week 15 was an aerial assault on fantasy nation. DeSean Jackson's maturation into a complete player continued, as Andre Johnson completely torched the Ram's ailing secondary. It looks like Mike Sims Walker once again can be counted upon for fantasy stats. Steve Smith looked like his former self with Matt Moore throwing him the ball. Ochocinco found the end-zone and gave a tasteful tribute to his fallen teammate. Vincent "Jacked-up" what was thought to be a solid Cincy secondary. After catching heavy fire for his half-hearted effort last week, Randy Moss bounced back, while Miles Austin stayed on track and found the end-zone yet again.... read more

Will it be D. Clark or Superman on Sunday??

WEEK 16:  As the pursuit for perfection continues, look for Dallas Clark to play this week, which may be the saving grace for many owners who thought that the Colts may bench their starters.  Looking around the rest of the league, I expect that Vernon Davis, who had a slow game this past week, will bounce back in a big way against the Lions on Sunday.  TE sleeper Fred Davis continues to prove that he is the only option for Washington in the red zone, but that isn't saying much, and he has a very tough matchup against a Cowboys D that is out to prove something.  Keep Davis out of your lineup this week, or you may find yourself out of the money!  Sleeper pick of the week will be  Kevin Boss for the Giants.  Boss has been targed frequently in the red zone, but... read more

Brees Owners Have Nothing To Worry About After Sean Payton Said Starters Will Continue To Play

Tuesday at Fantasy Football Brothers means that it is 1ST LOOK ranking time.  If your reading this there is a very good chance your playing for a title or your one win away.  Either way, now is not the time to reflect back on the season.  This is the week to pay attention to what the coaches are saying.  Are certain players going to rest or play sparingly.  Check your waivers and look for guys available who have solid match ups this week.  We're not sure how the Colts are going to use Peyton Manning,  if you own him have a backup plan in place just in case.  The Colts have locked up everything in the AFC.  Unless they're shooting for perfection this could very well be the week Manning only plays... read more

Why wasn't Eric Mangini starting this guy all year?

Every Monday the Brotherhood takes a look around the NFL in search of players who could help you win a fantasy title. In this weeks installment of 1ST LOOK Waivers I listed players that are unowned in a percentage of fantasy leagues. Some of these guys have gained significant value and are sure to have a fantasy impact over the next few weeks. I know we love our studs, but more often than not it's an unknown who happens to bring home the title. If your reading this, there's a good chance you own Peyton Manning or any of the other Colt's skill players. They have provided us with 15 solid weeks of production, but are now in danger of resting for the playoffs. It's a tough pill to swallow if you made it this far only to lose... read more
