Week 11 RB RANKS

Week 11's Number One Back.

No Apologies Needed.....Week 11's Number One Back.

Friday’s at the Brotherhood means it is  only two days away from football. It also means it’s rank time. For the first time since week three we have all 32 teams in action this week, and that means all fantasy teams are at full strength as we head into the stretch run towards the  playoffs. Fantasy owner’s have enough on their plates to deal with as bye weeks, and lineup decisions during weeks 4-10 had owners begging, borrowing and stealing as they try to make their way through schedules missing key parts of their fantasy squads. The last few weeks have been particularly rough with the sudden injury bug claiming RB1s. Last Sunday we saw Ronnie Brown go down and is now out for the year. Michael Turner is likely out two or more games. Cedric Benson will probably miss one game. Brian Westbrook re-injured himself and could be out for the year. Julius Jones went down and he has been ruled out for Week 11. All of that was just on Sunday and that doesn’t include Clinton Portis who will miss another game with a concussion and you now have 25% of the top RB’s hurt or out for the year. I hate to tell owners but all of these injuries are only going to further support the Running  Back By Committee (RBBC)philosophy heading into next year.

The Running Back Rankings for Week 11 are:

1) Maurice Jones-Drew – JAC – RB, vs. Buffalo Bills, Sun 1:00 PM
MJD continues to lead the NFL in rushing Touchdowns and has seven scores in the last four games. Why all this touchdown talk? The Bills are up with the worst run stopping defense in the NFL allowing 173 yards a game. This game is almost too easy and has the trappings of,well just that a trap. The Bills have fired their coach and for the first time since week two might come out and play some motivated football.

2) Chris Johnson – TEN – RB, at Houston Texans, Mon 8:30 PM
Johnson carved up the Bills last week, for 232 total yards and two touchdowns. Johnson continues to lead the NFL in rushing yards, yards per game, and yards per carry. He has scored two touchdowns in each of his last three games. Up this week for the super sophomore speedster stud are the Texans who’s run defense had vastly improved in the weeks heading into the bye week. The extra week might be just enough to slow him down, but he and the Titans play have also improved making this game a potentially great Monday night matchup. In case you were wondering Johnson’s season low rushing total is 34 yards against the Colts week 5

3) Adrian Peterson – MIN – RB, vs. Seattle Seahawks, Sun 1:00 PM
Peterson has been solid all year long but has fallen into the shadow of MJD, and Johnson with their recent statistical explosions. Unlike the other two backs A.P. has been remarkably consistent in his play throughout the year. His worst game of the year statistically was in week two. Now you thinking did he throw up a stink bomb, the short answer is no not even close he rushed for 85 yards and had two catches for 14 yards in his week three game. Yes he has rushed for less but in those games he managed to score at least a touchdown. So in a standard league his worst day was a 9 point game, I know I’d take that any day, and that is what will likely make him the number one pick overall next year, because there is no way that the either two backs can keep up their torrid pace.

4) Steven Jackson – STL – RB, vs. Arizona Cardinals, Sun 4:05 PM
Jackson continues to defy the odds and produce week in and week out. Jackson has almost zero help or support but continues to thrive despite the fact that the entire NFL knows he will get the ball a ton. All the opposing defenses need to do is stop him and they can’t. He is currently third in the NFL in rushing only two yards behind A.P. for second place. He has scored in his last two games after going the first seven games with none. Arizona is on tap this week with their eighth ranked Run-D, and was torched by Seattle’s Justin Forsett for 123 rushing yards

5) Cedric Benson – CIN – RB, at Oakland Raiders, Sun 4:15 PM
Benson will likely miss week 11 with a hip injury, though his status will probably have to be monitored right up to game time at this point.

6) Ray Rice – BAL – RB, vs. Indianapolis Colts, Sun 1:00 PM
In what should have been an easy game last Monday Night against Cleveland turned out to be a little more difficult than anyone would have thought. Despite the tougher than expected outing Rice was able to rush for 89 yards with 3 receptions for 15 yards and a score. He has now scored a touchdown in four straight games and has over 1100 total yards and a huge P.P.R. boost of 49 receptions. Up this week a big game against the Colts who are tied with the Texans for 14th against the run. The Colts can be run on, in the last five games opposing teams have been able to run for at least 81 yards or more and in three games opposing teams were able to rush for 113 yards or more.

7) Frank Gore – SFO – RB, at Green Bay Packers, Sun 1:00 PM
Gore was able to run for 104 yards and a score last Thursday night against the Bears, and has scored in all three of his last contests while having over a 125 total yards as well. He has been more involved in the pass game as well averaging four receptions a game. This week Gore and company have a tough game against the up and down Packers who’s defense is currently ranked 4th in stopping the run allowing an average of 93 yards a game.

8) Rashard Mendenhall – PIT – RB, at Kansas City Chiefs, Sun 1:00 PM
Mendenhall and the Steelers were shut down for almost the entire game against Cincinnati last week failing to score a touchdown. He had his worst outing since taking over as the starter rushing for only 36 yards on 13 carries. This week things get easier, a lot easier against the Chiefs and their 27th ranked run defense who have allowed an average of 143 yards a game. Expect big numbers from Mendenhall this week. Fellow writer Rob is predicting a 119 yards and two touchdowns, I think he was being conservative.

9) Ricky Williams – MIA – RB, at Carolina Panthers, Thu 8:20 PM
Williams is the lead man, now that fellow backfield mate Ronnie Brown has been placed on the I.R. with a foot injury. This piece is written Thursday night but we had him ranked as a top Ten play and he lived up to those expectations. He finished Thursday’s game with 119 yards rushing and 2 receptions for 19 yards and had two rushing and one receiving touchdowns.

10) DeAngelo Williams – CAR – RB, vs. Miami Dolphins, Thu 8:20 PM
D.Will was also ranked in the top ten and he did not disappoint either finishing the tough loss against the Dolphins with 13 carries for 122 yards rushing, one reception for 9 yards and a two-point conversion.

11) Brandon Jacobs – NYG – RB, vs. Atlanta Falcons, Sun 1:00 PM
Jacobs and the Giants are coming off a much needed bye week as they had been struggling as of late losing their last four games in a row. The good news is that Jacobs has finally looked like he was able to get back on track rushing for at least 67 yards or more in each of his last three games. Now if he can only get into the endzone with a little more frequency(two rushing touchdowns) all will be right in the world. The Giants get the Falcons who have lost three of the last four. Atlanta is ranked 26th against the run and have allowed an average of 130 yards a game.

12) Kevin Smith – DET – RB, vs. Cleveland Browns, Sun 1:00 PM
Kevin Smith has been the subject of many questions we have been getting here at FantasyFootballBrothers H.Q., questions like should I let him go, does he have any trade value, and my favorite why does he suck? The fact of the matter is Smith, and for that matter the Lions have been down right brutal, also not helping the matter is all of the injuries Detroit has suffered. He has been able to gain at least 61 total yards of offense in his last five games. But he hasn’t found the endzone since week four when he scored two against the Bears. The rough schedule finally lets up this week with the Browns on tap. Cleveland played a lot better than expected on Monday night but with a short week this could be a great game for Smith to break out. The Browns defense is ranked 30th against the run allowing an average of 166 yards a game rushing.

13) Thomas Jones – NYJ – RB, at New England Patriots, Sun 4:15 PM
Jones had his worst rushing outing since week five. He was able to score another touchdown and has scored 6 touchdowns in his last six games and is currently tied for fourth in the NFL with eight rushing touchdowns. He is also ranked eighth in rushing yards with 781. This week in a big game against the Patriots the Jets will need to establish the run to take the pressure off of Sanchez and the passing game. New England is 17th in stopping the run allowing an average 110 yards a game rushing.

14) Pierre Thomas – NOR – RB, at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sun 1:00 PM
Thomas took a backseat to Reggie Bush last Sunday as the Saints were faced with a much tougher than expected game against the Rams. Thomas had his lowest offensive output of the season since returning from an early season injury totaling just 42 total yards on 12 touches. This week another sneaky team in the form of Tampa is on tap. The Bucs have been playing much tougher since making the switch at QB, but can still be gashed with the run. Tampa Bay is currently ranked next to last against the run and have allowed an average of 167 yards a game. Look for the Saints to get the ball into Thomas’ hands early to try and put the pesky Bucs away early because the Saints fans might have a collective heart attack with all of the recent close games.

15) Ladell Betts – WAS – RB, at Dallas Cowboys, Sun 1:00 PM
Ladell Betts reminded owners that picked him up in 2006 what he was actually capable of when he gets some playing time. Betts has scored two touchdowns in the last two games matching his rushing touchdown total for the last two seasons prior. He gashed the Broncos last week for 114 yards and a score. On tap this week the Cowboys who have allowed an average of 103 yards a game rushing ranking the Dallas run stopping defense 10th.

16) Matt Forte – CHI – RB, vs. Philadelphia Eagles, Sun 8:20 PM
Speaking of Matt Forte, like I said in the Grant piece Forte was shut down running the rock but torched the 49ers through the air. Despite struggling running the ball he still continues to put up RB2 numbers for fantasy owners. This week the Bears try and get off the snide having lost three of the last four games. With the Eagles and their 9th ranked run stopping defense coming to town the Bears will continue to have difficulty running the football. Forte has been a better play in P.P.R. formats with 38 reception for 379 yards receiving on the year.

17) Ryan Grant – GRE – RB, vs. San Francisco 49ers, Sun 1:00 PM
Grant had a pedestrian game last weekend against the Cowboys rushing for 79 yards with two receptions for 8 yards. He has now rushed for 700 yards on the year with four touchdowns matching last years totals in scores, and is on pace to finish 2009 with 1,200 yards and about 6 or 7 touchdowns. This week with the 49ers on tap and their 3rd ranked run stopping defense who have allowed an average of 88 yards a game on the ground. The Niners were able to hold Matt Forte to 40 yards rushing but he was able to finish the night with 8 receptions for 120 yards receiving.

18) LeSean McCoy – PHI – RB, at Chicago Bears, Sun 8:20 PM
Westbrook was obviously was brought back to early from a concussion and will likely be out for the remainder of the regular season. Though McCoy was expected to split duty with Westbrook he rarely played last week until Westbrook went down, killing owners who played the rookie as a RB2/Flex. This week McCoy will get the nod and leave off where he was a solid RB2/Flex play. On tap for Sunday a road trip to Chicago and their 21st ranked run stopping defense who are allowing an average of 118 yards a game on the ground. Expect at least 15-18 touches this weekend.

19) Jason Snelling – ATL – RB, at New York Giants, Sun 1:00 PM
Snelling gets the nod with Michael Turner out for at least two weeks. Snelling made the most of his playing time last Sunday scoring a touchdown and rushing for 61 yards and added 3 receptions for 32 yards. This week the struggling Falcons get the rested Giants who also look to turn their season around. The G-Men are ranked 13th against the run allowing an average of 106 yards a game on the ground. Snelling will get the majority of touches Sunday and is expected to backed up by Jerious Norwood who has been out for over a month with an injury. More on Norwood further down way down.

20) LaDainian Tomlinson – SDC – RB, at Denver Broncos, Sun 4:15 PM
LDT is coming of his best outing of the year rushing for 96 yards and added two scores. His two touchdowns Sunday against the Eagles were the first of the season that were not against the Raiders. This week in a huge AFC West game the Chargers get the reeling Broncos who have dropped their last three games after winning their first six. Denver was torched by back Ladell Betts last week for 114 yards. The Broncos are ranked 12 against the run allowing 105 yards a game but have been slashed the last two games with Betts’ outing and Mendenhall’s 155 yard game the week before. In a week 6 contest against Denver LDT was able to rush for 70 yards and added 30 yards receiving on 3 catches.

21) Bernard Scott – CIN – RB, at Oakland Raiders, Sun 4:15 PM
With Cedric Benson looking like he will be out, though there has been nothing official as of Thursday night the starting job will fall on the rookie Scott. Scott wasn’t able to move the ball against the number one ranked run defense when he came in for the injured Benson. He finished the day with 13 carries for 33 yards and added a catch for 21 yards, but he was able to run back a kick return for a touchdown. This week Scott was picked up all over fantasy nation in anticipation of Benson being out this weekend. If he is indeed the starter he has a choice matchup against the Raiders who’s run defense has been the butt of a ton of jokes in this column all year. Oakland’s Run-D is ranked 29th and has allowed an average of 156 yards a game rushing.

22) Joseph Addai – IND – RB, at Baltimore Ravens, Sun 1:00 PM
Despite sharing the load with rookie Donald Brown, Addai has been able to make the most of his playing time. He has scored in every game but two and has 6 rushing touchdown and 3 more through the air. He has been a great P.P.R. play this year with 36 reception for 236 yards. This week the Colts are coming off in what can only be called an incredible win against the Pats last Sunday night. With the Ravens on tap this week and their 5th ranked run stopping defense, Addai will likely do most of his damage Sunday through the air.

23) Knowshon Moreno – DEN – RB, vs. San Diego Chargers, Sun 4:15 PM
Moreno was able to produce over a 100 total yards last week after Buckhalter had started the previous week, and now with Buckhalter’s playing status up in the air for Sunday, Moreno could have a chance to grab hold of the starting job for good. The last time Moreno got the majority of snaps he was able to account for almost 130 yards total offense. In a big game against the Chargers this weekend, the reeling Broncos will have to rely on their  run game even more with the health of Kyle Orton also up in the air though according to most reports Orton should be active. The Chargers are ranked 23rd in the NFL in stopping the run allowing an average of 119 yards rushing a game. In their last contest the rookie had only 44 yards on 18 carries.

24) Beanie Wells – ARI – RB, at St. Louis Rams, Sun 4:05 PM
Wells finally had his breakout game that owners have been expecting since they took a shot at him in the middle rounds of their fantasy drafts. Beanie had a career high in carries (16)yards (85)and touchdowns (two)while adding two receptions for 32 yards. Though he has yet to pass Hightower on the depth chart he makes a better play than Hightower(unless P.P.R. formats)especially this week with a tasty matchup against the Rams and their 28th ranked run stopping defense while allowing an average of 142 yards a game on the ground.

25) Laurence Maroney – NEP – RB, vs. New York Jets, Sun 4:15 PM
Maroney possibly fumbled away his career with the Pats on Sunday night, yes I am being a little overdramtic but with the impending return of Sammy Morris that could put the final nail in his playing time coffin. If Morris is active bump Maroney down, but if Morris is out Maroney is a RB2/Flex play.

26) Ahmad Bradshaw – NYG – RB, vs. Atlanta Falcons, Sun 1:00 PM
Bradshaw returns from a week off which gave his injured foot some much needed time off. Bradshaw has done a great job this year backing up Brandon Jacobs. He has rushed for 515 yards on the season and all four of his rushing touchdowns have been scored in his last five games. Bradshaw should get plenty of opportunities this week against the struggling Falcons front seven.

27) Cadillac Williams – TAM – RB, vs. New Orleans Saints, Sun 1:00 PM
Williams has been steady all year but never spectacular all the while having at least 52 yards a game of offense and scoring two touchdowns in the last four games though never having less than 13 touches but never more than 16 in that four game span. Cadillac has been dinged up a little bit and that might be part of the problem. Up this week the Saints, who have struggled stopping the run as of late having been gashed by Steven Jackson,Michael Turner and DeAngelo Williams all three rushed for over 131 yards or more. New Orleans is ranked 20th in stopping the run.

28) Jonathan Stewart – CAR – RB, vs. Miami Dolphins, Thu 8:20 PM
Stewart found himself ranked 25th in our 1ST LOOK: RB Ranks. Since this is written Thursday night the game has already been played. J.Stew finished the game with 12 carries for 43 yards rarely touching the ball as the game came to the end.

29) Marion Barber – DAL – RB, vs. Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM
Barber’s value continues to be tied to the fact that he scores touchdowns. MBIII is coming of his worst statistical outing of 2009 after rushing for only 26 yards on 5 carries and added 3 catches for 11 yards. He has been averaging only 15 touches a game since returning from an injury. Fantasy owners have struggled with lineup choices because he has been so unreliable this year and is on pace to finish with a career low in receptions and touchdowns since his rookie year. This week Washington comes to town with their 24th ranked run defense that has allowed an average of 126 yards a game on the ground.

30) Reggie Bush – NOR – RB, at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sun 1:00 PM
Bush has seen the majority of snaps the last two weeks, and had a great game last week scoring a touchdown on the ground and through the air rushing for 83 yards on 6 carries and had 2 receptions for 15 yards. Bush’s knee has flared up and this is something that needs to be watched carefully, since he has had problems with this knee before.

31) Jamal Lewis – CLE – RB, at Detroit Lions, Sun 1:00 PM
Lewis has missed part of practice on Wed. and Thurs. but will likely start. Up this week for the offensively challenged and dysfunctional Browns the lowly Lions in what is easily the worst NFL game on this weekend. Detroit is ranked 19th in stopping the run allowing an average of 115 yards a game. The Browns will look to establish the run since their passing game is just brutal and Brady Quinn is an absolute bust.

32) Steve Slaton – HOU – RB, vs. Tennessee Titans, Mon 8:30 PM
Slaton will likely start and his job is in his hands. He needs to show that he can be effective running the rock and also able to secure the ball, the biggest reason we have the running back quagmire in Houston. Slaton is a threat with the ball from anywhere on the field, and has been a better receiver than runner to date, but we will put our money on Slaton over Moats heading into Sunday though I would be scared as hell to play either except in possibly going with Slaton in a flex spot in P.P.R. leagues.

33) Marshawn Lynch – BUF – RB, at Jacksonville Jaguars, Sun 1:00 PM
Lynch and the Bills have been underwhelming to put it nicely. His yards per carry are a meager lowest amongst all active starting RBs. With a coaching change in Buffalo Lynch owners can only hope this will help the struggling run game. This week they get the Jaguars with their 22nd worst run stopping defense that has allowed an average of 122 yards a game.

34) Justin Forsett – SEA – RB, at Minnesota Vikings, Sun 1:00 PM
Julius Jones has already been ruled out for Sunday’s contest against the Vikings. Forsett was outstanding in relief against the Cardinals finishing the day with 123 yards rushing and 5 catches for 26 yards and also added a score. Forsett is on the smaller side he weighs in around 195 but is quick and shifty and has homerun speed. The Seahawks travel to Minnesota and get to face the 6th best run stopping defense that is allowing on average 94 yards a game rushing. Forsett makes for a tough start but would get a better rank in P.P.R.leagues

35) Jamaal Charles – KAN – RB, vs. Pittsburgh Steelers, Sun 1:00 PM
Charles had the breakout performance we have been waiting for against the Raiders rushing 18 times for 103 yards and a score, also adding 4 catches for 14 yards. Since taking over as starter for L.J. his targets and receptions have also increased, make a note of that P.P.R. players. On tap this week the Steelers and their number one ranked run defense. Pittsburgh has allowed a paltry 69 yards a game on the ground. Charles should be on your bench this week unless you are really desperate on just a masochist.

36) Ryan Moats – HOU – RB, vs. Tennessee Titans, Mon 8:30 PM
With the Texans coming off the bye no clear starter has emerged since all three backs, Moats,Slaton and Brown all have put the ball on the turf in inopportune times. The Texans will most likely give Slaton a chance to establish himself, and if he can’t expect the Texans to ride the hot hand. Moats would be the running down back yielding to Slaton on passing downs. Up this week in a Monday Night Game against the upstart Titans who have the 16th ranked run stopping defense allowing an average of 109 yards a game.

37) Tim Hightower – ARI – RB, at St. Louis Rams, Sun 4:05 PM
Hightower got 15 touches to Wells 18 but the rookie was much more effective than Hightower. Though he has not been passed on the depth chart yet all indicators point to its now a matter of time. Hightower will continue to see the field in passing downs and in passing formations, but it should be noted that Wells was on the field when Arizona was over the 20 yard line at the end of the game. Hightower will continue to have value in P.P.R. leagues but his value in standard formats is beginning to decline. All of the above could go right out the window with a big game against the lousy Rams defense.

38) Michael Bush – OAK – RB, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 4:15 PM
Bush was the best back on the Raiders Sunday against the Chiefs leading tons of desperate owners to think they struck fantasy gold talking themselves into him being the main guy I should play him every week but wait its the Raiders. Up this week for Oakland the Bengals and their number two ranked Run-D who was able to easily shut down the Steelers run game.

39) Correll Buckhalter – DEN – RB, vs. San Diego Chargers, Sun 4:15 PM
Buckhalter is on pace to miss this game with an undisclosed knee injury. He should be on the bench unless he makes a big comeback Friday, and has lost value as Moreno appears to have taken the starting job.

40) Justin Fargas – OAK – RB, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 4:15 PM
Fargas was able to punch in a touchdown after Bush had set up the score with a great long run. Fargas finished the day with 41 yards on 10 carries and a score as mentioned in the previous line. He appears to be the number two back sitting closely behind Bush who has been the better back all year with McFadden now pulling up the rear.

41) Kevin Faulk – NEP – RB, vs. New York Jets, Sun 4:15 PM
Faulk is the only Patriot that is guaranteed to get action, though he is nothing more than a P.P.R. Flex flyer despite having the most carries and rushing yards of the season last Sunday against the Colts. He is the only trust worthy running back for the Pats but isn’t a fantasy option.

42) Felix Jones – DAL – RB, vs. Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM
Jones continues to be underutilized and his numbers have suffered as a result. His touches have been diminishing in every game since returning from injury, but Sunday’s game should be an opportunity to get some more touches against a bad Redskins defense.

43) Kolby Smith – KAN – RB, vs. Pittsburgh Steelers, Sun 1:00 PM
Smith got the carries (9)but wasn’t able to make them count as he finished with just 12 yards rushing against a very bad Raiders Run-D, turn your head away from this game if you are a Chief fan this will get ugly.

44) Darren Sproles – SDC – RB, at Denver Broncos, Sun 4:15 PM
Sproles continues to be threat in the passing game already having as many catches this year as he did all of last year. Though his yardage totals have suffered a little bit in both categories.

45) Maurice Morris – DET – RB, vs. Cleveland Browns, Sun 1:00 PM
Morris continues to play second fiddle to the Starter Smith, averaging 6 touches in the last two games, he might have more opportunities against the Browns this week but is no even close to being a fantasy play.

46) Donald Brown – IND – RB, at Baltimore Ravens, Sun 1:00 PM
Brown has been brought back slowly since injuring his shoulder accounting for only 5 touches for 22 yards against the Pats, expect him to spell Addai occasionally but the Colts will ride the hot play of Addai and then go back to a 60/40 load.

47) Sammy Morris – NEP – RB, vs. New York Jets, Sun 4:15 PM
Morris is looking like he is on track to return after participating in practice on Wednesday and Thursday. The Pats are always secretive with their injury reports and the depth charts. Maroney becomes a play if Morris is inactive, but the feeling around here is that Maroney’s huge goal line fumble might have stuck a fork in any playing time as long as their is another option

48) Jerious Norwood – ATL – RB, at New York Giants, Sun 1:00 PM
Norwood has missed the last four games but is currently on track, Norwood has teased fantasy owners for years with his huge yards per carry numbers. He will likely occasionally spell the starter Snelling and try and work some of that rust off.

49) Derrick Ward – TAM – RB, vs. New Orleans Saints, Sun 1:00 PM
Ward has become a very over payed backup in Tampa having lost the starting job that was all but handed to him in the pre-season. Ward continues to have value only as a handcuff on a bad team having only about 8 touches a game in the last three contests.

50) Shonn Greene – NYJ – RB, at New England Patriots, Sun 4:15 PM
As Ward above him Greene is the handcuff. The rookie had 7 carries last week and 8 the week before.

51) Chester Taylor – MIN – RB, vs. Seattle Seahawks, Sun 1:00 PM
Mr.Handcuff has seen mostly garbage time and occasionally spelling A.P. all the while he has lost targets to Peterson as well as playing time.

52) Willis McGahee – BAL – RB, vs. Indianapolis Colts, Sun 1:00 PM
McGahee’s 13 touches on Monday are his highest since week two, from week three through week 9 he had a of total 18 touches.

53) Darren McFadden – OAK – RB, vs. Cincinnati Bengals, Sun 4:15 PM
McFadden’s opportunity for taking the starting job are starting to pass him right bye.

54) Mike Bell – NOR – RB, at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Sun 1:00 PM
Bell is clearly the 3rd guy on the field for the Saints and only had eight total touches and was not targeted for a pass.

55) Mewelde Moore – PIT – RB, at Kansas City Chiefs, Sun 1:00 PM
Moore seems to have passed Parker and gets some 3rd down snaps and action, but has not been fantasy worthy.

56) Jerome Harrison – CLE – RB, at Detroit Lions, Sun 1:00 PM
Harrison may have been passed on the depth chart in Cleveland by rookie Chris Jennings. Harrison probably spoke up and was banished to the bench about how he has been more effective than Jamal Lewis. Then again that’s what I would have said.

57) Tashard Choice – DAL – RB, vs. Washington Redskins, Sun 1:00 PM
Choice is a talent and worthy of a roster spot, there simply isn’t enough carries to go around in Dallas at the moment.

58) BenJarvus Green-Ellis – NEP – RB, vs. New York Jets, Sun 4:15 PM
I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Lawfirm get some action this week after Maroney coughed it up on the goal line.

59) Fred Jackson – BUF – RB, at Jacksonville Jaguars, Sun 1:00 PM
Jackson could start to cut into Lynch’s carries as he continues to struggle running the rock.

60) Brian Leonard – CIN – RB, at Oakland Raiders, Sun 4:15 PM
Leonard will get some touches as he is expected to spell Scott.

61) Chris Brown – HOU – RB, vs. Tennessee Titans, Mon 8:30 PM
Brown has been relegated to limited duty with the emergence of Moats.

62) LenDale White – TEN – RB, at Houston Texans, Mon 8:30 PM
LenDale was another guy that was hyped at the beginning of the year due to his new routine and coming into camp in great shape, none of that mattered when the Titans let Haynesworth sign with the Skins, and the Defense went from a strong point of the team to a huge liability.

63) Willie Parker – PIT – RB, at Kansas City Chiefs, Sun 1:00 PM
So much for all the hope I had for him and all the reasons he would be successful but despite all my points the biggest knock against him injury bug trumped all my reasons he could be a steal.

64) Larry Johnson – CIN – RB, at Oakland Raiders, Sun 4:15 PM
LJ is likely to be inactive but you never know though it should be stated that he has no value what so ever at this point and is nothing more than a waste of a roster spot in deep leagues unless he can reinvent himself as a goal line guy while/if Benson is out.

65) Louis Rankin – SEA – RB, at Minnesota Vikings, Sun 1:00 PM
Julius Jones is out so we are getting in deep, real deep into depth charts. The former UW Husky showed a little something with his limited touches and will likely back up Forsett
