Week 11 and the Steelers are back atop the D/ST Ranks. They take on a Kansas City team that will be without star wideout Dwayne Bowe due to suspension. They should be productive for fantasy owners this week even though they will be without Troy Polamalu.
This week has alot of strong matchups for owners to take advantage of and if any of you are scouring the waiver wire for a D/ST that is a sneaky play, look no further than the Detroit Lions who take on the Cleveland Browns. This is a good matchup for the Lions and if you are second guessing yourself for picking them up, don’t, they will produce.
If you are one of the many team’s carrying two D/ST’s please don’t. The roster spot is too valuable and if you saw the kicker writeups for Week 11 you read the example of the owner who already had Justin Forsett and Jason Snelling on his roster for the last four weeks. This was possible because he was carrying only one kicker, one defense, and one tight end. He was smart with his roster and it paid off by getting two of the top five waiver wire pickups this week.
