The bye weeks are over and the playoff march begins. The position is at full strength for this first time all season. Calvin and Boldin are returning to form. Both are expected to have strong outings this week with favorable match-ups. Steve Smith showed flashes of his former self, while Greg Jennings continues to keep fantasy owners waiting. After exploding onto the scene, Miles Austin has gone quiet, while Sidney Rice has been difficult to silence. Garcon and Collie continue ot duel for the affection of their quarterback. The receiver pool is as deep as ever. Heading down the stretch, games are often won and lost with your WR3. Make sure you pick the right play-maker or your season could be over. Just like every week, the Brotherhood will be fielding each and... read more

Friday at Fantasy Football Brothers means final ranking and write ups. With the bye weeks finally over we no longer have to put together a mismatched starting lineup. I was getting pretty tired of trying to figure out who has the more favorable match up from week to week. Spending countless hours gathering information to ultimately make an educated guess on who to start. Hopefully you've just used us as your Fantasy Adviser and you've survived the bye weeks and put yourself in position for a playoff run. The sleepless nights will not end but at least you don't have to worry about starting Alex Smith or Chad Henne. If you still have that problem you clearly didn't use Fantasy Football Brothers throughout the year but that's okay. There's always next year. For those of you still in the hunt good... read more

Friday's at the Brotherhood means it is only two days away from football. It also means it's rank time. For the first time since week three we have all 32 teams in action this week, and that means all fantasy teams are at full strength as we head into the stretch run towards the playoffs. Fantasy owner's have enough on their plates to deal with as bye weeks, and lineup decisions during weeks 4-10 had owners begging, borrowing and stealing as they try to make their way through schedules missing key parts of their fantasy squads. The last few weeks have been particularly rough with the sudden injury bug claiming RB1s. Last Sunday we saw Ronnie Brown go down and is now out for the year. Michael Turner is likely out two or more games. Cedric Benson will probably miss one game. Brian... read more

Week 10 has come and gone and left many fantasy owners scrambling. There couldn't have been a worse time for Ronnie Brown owners to lose him for the season than in Week 11 as many leagues had their trade deadlines pass after the decision was announced that he would be placed on Injured Reserve. Other notable players also went down with injuries, players such as Michael Turner, Cedric Benson, and Julius Jones were injury casualties. Hopefully fantasy owners backed themselves up with quality depth on their rosters or were able to get their players handcuff either through waivers or by planning beforehand come draft day. Week 11 brings alot of quality matchups and points should be plenty this weekend as New Orleans, New England, Arizona, and Cincinnati all have savory opponents. Remember there is a Thursday night game this week with Miami @ Carolina, so... read more

Now that the Thursday night games are upon us the Brotherhood has called an audible with our schedule. We have added the Thursday night game preview and moved it to Wednesday, and have moved our Mailbag to Thursday. We select our questions at random out of our mailbag database. We try and get everyone's questions published but the good news is we answer every question asked. Most league trade deadlines are upon us, and with news of Dwayne Bowe out for four games, and Ronnie Brown is down for the year in what seems like an every year occurrence. Owners have been burning up the waiver wires since Julius Jones, Michael Turner, Cedric Benson and Ronnie went down and we are always here to help. Have a Question? The Brotherhood is here to help and you could be... read more

Week 11 and the Steelers are back atop the D/ST Ranks. They take on a Kansas City team that will be without star wideout Dwayne Bowe due to suspension. They should be productive for fantasy owners this week even though they will be without Troy Polamalu. This week has alot of strong matchups for owners to take advantage of and if any of you are scouring the waiver wire for a D/ST that is a sneaky play, look no further than the Detroit Lions who take on the Cleveland Browns. This is a good matchup for the Lions and if you are second guessing yourself for picking them up, don't, they will produce. If you are one of the many team's carrying two D/ST's please don't. The roster spot is too valuable and if you saw the kicker writeups for Week 11 you read the example of the owner who already had... read more

Week 11 is here and this is the first week where you have a full slate of kickers after the bye weeks. If you play in a kicker's league where your team is made up of all kickers then this is a great week for you. I wonder if there are such leagues, maybe it will be the wave of the future in fantasy football. It would probably do really well in the more soccer oriented parts of the world. Anyways, if you are one of the many teams still carrying two kickers going into the playoffs please don't, carrying only one kicker will free up a roster spot for you and if we know anything from this past week a roster spot is valuable. Like the guy in one of my leagues who had Justin Forsett and Jason Snelling already on his roster... read more

Yes, It's Christmas in November. Much to the disliking of our wives & girlfriends, or husbands & boyfriends for our sisters out there, Thursday Night Football has returned. As league trade deadlines approach, we sadly lose the thrill of wheeling and dealing on a weekly basis. The good news is our fantasy fix extends to three days a week. Hopefully you've made the last minute adjustments in preparation for a playoff run. As we relinquish the ability to trade, waiver wire priority begins to play a more pivotal role as teams strive for fantasy glory. In this weeks Thursday Night Showdown, the NFL Network will host the Miami Dolphins vs. the Carolina Panthers. This would have been the ultimate tag-team title match of the best running back tandems in the league. With the injury to Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams will look to take... read more
