I hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Due to the holiday schedule we'll be doing our rankings a little different this week. Our editor gave us the holiday weekend off (Editor's Note: Your Welcome) so we wont be able to provide you with our traditional Friday write ups. The status and news on Ben Roethlisberger and Kurt Warner has been positive throughout the week. As of this ranking both signal callers look poised to start on Sunday. I have had Warner ranked at #7 throughout the week because I didn't think he was in danger of missing anytime. I was admittedly more concerned about Roethlisberger. The knee he took to the head was flat out nasty and it looked that way when he was on the sideline. If Charlie Batch didn't hurt his wrist I wonder if Ben would be playing? Also just a quick thought. Has anyone else... read more

Week 12 begins and the fantasy playoffs inch closer. NFL defenses have begun to shake themselves out and those units that were overrated to begin the year have now fallen back to the pack. Detroit's defense was a "sleeper" pick last week and they got torched by Cleveland of all teams. Week 12's "sleeper" pick who could provide fantasy owner's with much needed points are the Carolina Panthers. They face a struggling Mark Sanchez and could be in line for a productive day. Week 12 is here and if you are still holding onto two kickers value is passing you by in the form of Rock Cartwright, Jason Snelling, and even Chris Jennings. There is too much value to be had elsewhere to hold onto two kickers. NFL teams have changed kickers at an alarming rate this year and the next to be replaced should be Kris Brown of the Texans who has been responsible for two Houston losses this year by contracting the "shanks." The Thanksgiving Day games are here and while many people are demanding a change away from the same old teams that play on Turkey Day, notably the Detroit Lions, let's just be thankful that there is something to watch. While the slated games don't scream must see t.v., they are better matchups than one might think. This does not include the matinee game that pits the injury-riddled Detroit Lions against the Green Bay Packers. This game might have been more competitive if QB Matthew Stafford and WR Calvin Johnson were playing, but chances are they will miss the game. The Packers have been playing better football as of late and WR Greg Jennings has re-emerged as fantasy owners' say to themselves, "Why did I trade this guy for Glen Coffee?" This one will be a blowout and NFL fans will demand that a... read more

Week 11 did not disappoint, but some WRs did. Megatron made a major comeback as expected. He must have heard that the Brotherhood slated him back in the Top-5. Who was ranked 6th? -Wes Welker. The Hood has been higher on Welker than any other site. Sunday he showed why as he chewed up the Jets for a ridiculous 15 catches for 192 yards. Greg Jennings finally showed up, while Miles Austin continues to disappear. Mike Sims-Walker proceeds to prove he's no fluke, while T.O. once again becomes fantasy relevant. They're throwing Rice in Minny. Hines Ward and Derrik Mason persist in defying Father Time, while Percy Harvin and Michael Crabtree are playing well beyond their years. Brandon Marshall became a non-factor with Chris Simms under-center, could the same occur in Zona if Warner's out? The Fab 4, the best 4 corners... read more

Was it Back to the Future this weekend in the NFL? Did Terrell Owens and Greg Jennings find Doc Brown and the Delorean and travel back in time? Wow! Not only an outdated movie reference but a T.O. sighting. Owens bounced back in a big way, but it wasn't before most owners had already dropped him. I don't think he should be penciled in as your WR2 but he should be added to your roster. He is almost worth considering as a weekly option. I'm curious to see what he'll do for an encore. Greg Jennings was considered a top 10 WR at the beginning of this year and he finally showed up in Week 11. I guess Jennings owners finally have something to be grateful for with it being the week of Thanksgiving and... read more

Week 10 was a rough week in fantasy football and injuries took their toll on many fantasy squads. Concussions continue to be a league wide concern and many teams are taking the ultra-conservative route, which they should. Let's hope Week 11 is a little more injury free as we bound towards the playoffs. With that said there are some players who have already been listed as out for their respective games. Fantasy Football Brothers will keep their ears to the NFL injury news so you don't have to. Continue to refresh this page early and often as we make our way towards the 1:00 p.m. games. There are alot of notable players who will be game time decisions, so keep it right here to stay informed. Have a sit/start, waiver wire, or trade question – Send it in. The Brotherhood... read more
