The Holiday gave us mush to be thankful for: thankful for not being a Lions fan. Thankful for not two, but three games on Thursday. Thankful for picking up Miles Austin off waivers. Thankful for Donald Driver's youthful resurgence. Thankful for Megatron's fantasy saving TD grab. On Sunday, injured quarterbacks led to fantasy compromise for the Cardinal and Steeler receivers. DeSean Jackson was the latest name on the concussion list. Brett Favre has the Minny aerial assault firing on all cylinders. Percy Harvin remains on pace to win Rookie of the Year. Fellow freshman Kenny Britt pulled down the most impressive catch of the weekend as the Titans continue their winning streak. Santana and Santonio finally found the end-zone again, while Antonio Bryant got acquainted with his new signal caller. T.O. all of a... read more

Week 13 is upon us! In most fantasy leagues week 13 indicates the final week of the regular season. If you followed us throughout the year there's a very good chance your in the playoff hunt. If you haven't then you should bookmark our site and start preparing for next year. Week 12 left us with a couple of major question marks. The status of Kurt Warner and Ben Roethlisberger remains very much in the air. Neither player played on Sunday and both have to be considered questionable heading into the weekend. I have ranked both as if they'll play but there availability is definitley in doubt. Warner plans to see an ophthaomologist this week because of lingering symptoms. If he doesn't improve during the week he wont play on Sunday. Big Ben is progressing slowly but that's how your supposed to, when you've suffered any type of head trauma. Out of the two, I think he has a... read more

This Monday Night there will be an explosion in the Superdome when these two teams collide in the bayou. The New England Patriots (7-3) come into this game looking to knock off the undefeated New Orleans Saints (10-0). The Patriots missed their chance to be "giant" killers when they lost to the Indianapolis Colts two weeks ago on a much maligned coaching call from head coach Bill Belichick. Fast forward two weeks and the Patriots battle the other undefeated team in the NFL in the Saints who are averaging a whopping 37 points a game on offense. Drew Brees is the perfect quarterback to run this system and he and head coach Sean Payton are adept at finding the weak spot in a defense and exploiting it. The Saints have a number of ways that they can hurt you, through the air with Marques Colston, Devery Henderson, Jeremy Shockey and... read more

Fantasy Football Brothers enters Week 12 with one eye on the playoffs and one eye looking back at fantasy teams that could surprise in the standings. It's time to get your roster set for the playoffs if you haven't done so already at the trade deadline. This might sound like looking too far ahead, but why not take advantage of other owner's who are just trying to get in or have given up completely on their season as they swear off Fantasy Football once and for all. They'll be back. Kurt Warner owners know this all too well and if you didn't have a backup for the 38 year old quarterback you were scouring the waiver wire looking to pick up guys like Vince Young, Chad Henne, or even Jake Delhomme. A scary situation to be in if you are a Warner... read more

Fantasy Football Brothers took most of the day off for Thanksgiving yesterday so this week we will only have an introduction paragraph instead of the usual 5,000 word epic rank and novel. There have been injuries galore the last few weeks with owners feeling the pinch having to find suitable back up replacements for all of these injured stars. Cedric Benson, Michael Turner and Julius Jones are all looking like game time decisions at the time of this writing. Adrian Peterson retakes the number one spot in the final ranks for the first time since week 7. With a game against the defensively challenged Bears this weekend it should be easy for A.P. to earn this top spot. Steven Jackson has a great matchup this weekend but the biggest news heading into this weekend is the health of his back, keep a close... read more

Turkey Day started the week off with a Bang! Miles Austin turned it back on as he beat Nnamdi Asomungha for 7 catches, 145 yards and a score. Jennings pulled another disappearing act, as Donald Driver continues to defy Father Time: 7 catches, 142 yards and a score. Megatron was a sneaky game-time active. He found pay dirt, but was visibly hampered throughout the game. After being held without a catch in last weeks game vs. the Redskins, Roy Will found the end-zone for the third time in five weeks. Brandon Marshall was thankful that Kyle Orton was back under-center. Fantasy GMs were thankful that they weren't the one who drafted Eddie Royal. Looking forward to Sunday: Mike Sims-Walker proceeds to prove he's no fluke, while T.O. once again becomes a fantasy factor. They're throwing Rice in Minny. Hines Ward and Derrick Mason persist in their quest to... read more
