Fantasy Football Brothers kicks off the weekend with our Final Rank Fridays. As owners continue to deal with bye weeks, injuries, and the formation of more backfield time shares, I thought I would continue our look at next year. Today I will do a mock draft and rank my top 12 players for 2010. I will do 1-6 today and will finish my mock draft on Tuesday as part of my 1St LOOK: RB Ranks, so make sure to check back on Tuesday for part two. It's never too soon to start thinking about next year especially for keeper/dynasty league owners, or owners that are awarded high draft picks for finishing last though if you are reading our content, no one would be close to the bottom of their leagues. On to my mock draft, I will have standard scoring with a half point P.P.R. league with a starting lineup... read more

It's Final Rank Friday here at FFB. The top 20 is in complete dismantlement as the WR position is plagued with both injuries and bye weeks heading into week 8. With Andre, Wayne, Megatron and Boldin facing ailments - teams are panicking, checking the IR and Waiver Wire to get updates on their studs. It doesn''t help when the position loses Ocho, Bowe, Moss, Welker, Hines, Santonio and Santana to bye weeks. The TOP 10 is up for grabs and there are some serious surprises. Let's take a look as The Brotherhood goes deep in search of the best WR plays heading into week 8. As Always..  Do you have a sit/start, waiver wire, or trade question? – Send it in. It's week 8 in the NFL and kicker's have been in full effect, well as much as they can be counted on anyways. If you drafted a kicker for a good offensive team, good for you. If you are playing kickers strictly by matchups then good for you too. That means you waited in the draft on a kicker and probably received value elsewhere. Point being the top eight kickers in the league will net you on average 8 to 9 points a game, these kickers are Lawrence Tynes, Ryan Longwell, Nate Kaeding, Stephen Gostkowski, David Akers, Nick Folk, Mason Crosby and John Carney. What do all these kickers have in common? They all play for some of the top offenses in football. Were you smart to spend an early draft pick on one of these guys? That is the main question and the answer is either yes or no for... read more
Week 8 in the NFL and defenses/special teams have been feast or famine. There are either blowouts where D/ST can net you negative points or there are blowouts that can net you 25 to 30 points. The top 10 D/ST in the NFL can average your fantasy team anywhere from 15 to 10 points. The top 10 D/ST include the Philadelphia Eagles, New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, Buffalo Bills, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants. I'll bet most of you fantasy owners that spent a high pick on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens D/ST are kicking yourselves as there was value to be had elsewhere. In our draft kit we drove home the point of waiting on a D/ST because they are so volatile and there are so many factors included in a D/ST performance such as free agency,... read more
Here at F.F.B.'s headquarters Friday always means it is Final Rank Friday. The Brotherhood has researched every position from QB to Kicker to put you in the best position to win your leagues game(s). Owen Daniels has been a beast the last two weeks, and his high rank reflects the level of his play as of late. Become a fan on Facebook or follow us on Twitter. WELCOME TO THE BROTHERHOOD! Fantasy Football Brothers is very excited to announce a huge change coming that we will release on November 1st. Be on the lookout. Let the hype begin. 1) Dallas Clark - IND - TE Clark is one of Peyton's top options in the passing game. We all saw what Owen Daniels did to the 49ers last week. Clark has the chance to put up big numbers in this one. Look for even more targets if by some change Reggie Wayne misses the game... read more

Friday at Fantasy Football Brothers means write ups and final rankings. Week 8 marks the the mid season for the NFL. Roster decisions start to get harder and fantasy games start to become all the more important. One wrong decision could be the difference between a playoff berth or another lost season. We're here to help you with those tough decisions. With six teams being on the bye, some fantasy owners will be scrambling to find an adequate replacement. Don't let it be you. Week 8 is littered with division games that will no doubt provide some great entertainment. At the same time it also presents several difficult quarterback match ups. This week marks the much anticipated return of Brett Favre to Green Bay. Favre will come out slinging but Rodgers will have the better box score at the end of the day. In another division clash, the Eagles host... read more

It's week 8 in the NFL and all I have to say is where is the parity of year's past? The NFL has tried very hard to obtain parity in the league and what has made the NFL great was that on any given Sunday a team had a chance. Phrases like "games aren't won on paper" and "that's why you play the game" were born. This year has been off the charts as far as points scored and blowouts are concerned. The main factor is there are some really, really bad teams in the NFL and even when the average teams play these pathetic teams, a blowout is sure to ensue. When the cream of the crop NFL teams clash with these poor teams, it is a recipe for disaster and a... read more

The middle of the week at the Brotherhood means it's time to dive into another mailbag. There are a ton of things going on around the NFL that are having a huge impact on the world of fantasy football. Recent injuries to star wide receivers, L.J.'s outburst and likely suspension at the very least, six more teams on byes, and league waiver wires are becoming more barren than the Sahara all across fantasy nation. The sudden re-emergence of Shonn Greene and Beanie Wells finally hitting pay dirt have all been part of what was wacky week 7. As usual these are all real emails right down to the spelling and grammatical mistakes. The names of our readers have been changed to protect their safety in their leagues. Fantasy Football Brothers is in the midst of an exciting change that we will be revealing to all our readers on Monday. Make sure you come and check out... read more

Injuries are a part of the game. But with injury comes opportunity. Fantasy Titles are often won and lost on the wire. As we approach mid-season, it becomes all about half-time adjustments. Where are you strong? Where are you weak? How are you gonna get better? Week 8's Wire appears to have some players that may help insure that playoff birth you've been dreaming about.
