This is Fantasy Football Brothers First look at the quarterback rankings for week 4. Chad Pennington is out for the year, and the Dolphins traded for Tyler Thigpen from K.C..The bye week couldn’t get here fast enough for these three QB’s. It provides some much needed rest. Whether it is Carolina’s QB Jake Delhomme (rough start), or Arizona’s Kurt Warner (Not 100%), or Philly’s Donovan McNabb (rib injury) the bye week gives all three a chance to recuperate.
