Tashard ChoiceFantasy Football Brothers will take a tour around the NFL to see who is outperforming who and those players whose job’s are in jeopardy. We call this segment “Whose got next….” and you would be wise as a fantasy owner to put these players on your watch list or pick them up right away.

Baltimore Ravens

WR-Kelley Washington-Slowly moving ahead of Mark Clayton as the second wideout in Baltimore, Washington has developed a nice rapport with QB Joe Flacco and is finally in a system to maximize his potential.

Buffalo Bills

WR-Josh Reed-He is outperforming both WR’s Lee Evans and Terrell Owens and the reason is simple: QB Trent Edwards likes to dink and dunk with safe passes and that means Reed on short, safe routes.

Cincinnati Bengals

WR-Andre Caldwell-He is outperforming both WR’s Laveranues Coles and Chris Henry and is a solid number three in fantasy football. He has been targeted alot by QB Carson Palmer and is one of his favorite weapons.

Cleveland Browns

RB-Jerome Harrison-He is playing his way into a job with the slowing down of RB Jamal Lewis and the fact that rookie runner James Davis is just that, a rookie runner. Harrison is a compliment to the running and passing game, so we look for him to be a mainstay in the Brown’s offense.

Dallas Cowboys

RB-Tashard Choice-This is a “no-brainer” if you watched the Monday night game, but we think Choice is the most talented and durable back in Dallas. His fantasy value is skyrocketing as of now, if you had him on your roster because of last season’s performance, congratulations you just got the waiver wire pickup of the year.

Denver Broncos

WR-Jabar Gaffney-He has taken a step forward while WR Eddie Royal has taken a step back. Gaffney is familiar with the system so we expect him to have solid numbers at season’s end.

Indianapolis Colts

WR-Pierre Garcon-This is another “no-brainer”, but we wonder what they will do when WR Anthony Gonzalez returns, hopeully they stick him back in the slot where he was a year ago and let Garcon continue to work the outside of the field.

Jacksonville Jaguars

WR-Mike Sims-Walker-This big wideout has shown he is a number one receiver in the NFL and he is certainly playing like it. With the lack of weapons in the Jaguar’s passing game he should be on all fantasy rosters, if not go get him now.

Kansas City Chiefs

RB-Jamaal Charles-It is only a matter of time before the Chief’s make a move away from RB Larry Johnson and when they do Charles will be the guy. He is a better fit for the system in Kansas City and you should target him now.

Minnesota Vikings

WR-Sidney Rice-He is quickly developing into one of QB Brett Favre’s favorite targets and he offers size and speed to a “smurfish” receiving corp. He is a very good wide receiver three for fantasy rosters.

New England Patriots

RB-Fred Taylor-The “old man” can still run, he looks fresh and looks like he hasn’t lost a step. The Patriots clearly trust him in the running game and he is separating himself from the pack of other running backs.

WR-Julian Edelman-I wish the Wes Welker comparisons would stop, but this converted college quarterback has looked solid. He has been a nice fill in for Welker and has outperformed the aging Joey Galloway.

New Orleans Saints

WR-Devery Henderson-He has again solidified his position as wideout number two in New Orleans and should solidiy himself as a number one or two on your fantasy squad. Those that took WR’s Robert Meacham and Lance Moore are kicking themselves right now if you drafted on promise instead of production.

New York Jets

WR-Chansi Stuckey-He is the second receiver in New York and he makes a solid number three for your fantasy team. We expect his production to continue to rise as QB Mark Sanchez talent matures.

Oakland Raiders

RB-Michael Bush-He is outperforming fellow RB Darren McFadden and is a better fit for this offense. The fact that McFadden is fumble prone should get Bush on the field more, then again this is Raider Nation were talking about.

Philadelphia Eagles

QB-Kevin Kolb-He has looked great in his first two weeks of starting, our only concern is his value when QB Donovan McNabb comes back and he goes back to holding a clipboard.

RB-LeSean McCoy-He worked himself into a timeshare with this week’s performance and the Eagle’s offense doesn’t miss a beat when he is in the game. It won’t be long before McCoy has this job all to himself.

WR-Jason Avant-He has separated himself from fellow receivers Kevin Curtis and Jeremy Maclin, but again we wonder what his production will be like when QB Donovan McNabb returns. This is a situation to monitor.

Pittsburgh Steelers

WR-Mike Wallace-He has cemented himself as wideout number three in Pittsburgh and the WR Limas Sweed experiment appears to be dead. He is a solid number three for your fantasy squad.

San Diego Chargers

WR-Legedu Naanee-While other owners are taking a chance on WR Malcom Floyd one would be wise to remember that Floyd only has four catches on the year. Naanee is slowly developing into receiver number two in San Diego and is outperforming WR Chris Chambers. This again is a situation to monitor.

Seattle Seahawks

WR-Nate Burleson-If this guy is still on your waivers go pick him up now, he has outperformed all the other Seahawk receivers and already has 20 catches on the year. He is a must get and makes a solid number two on your fantasy squad, if not a borderline number one.

St. Louis Rams

WR-Donnie Avery-If fantasy owners in your league gave up on this guy it is time to revisit picking him back up with the season ending injury to WR Laurent Robinson as he should see more looks in the passing game.

Tennessee Titans

WR’s-Kenny Britt, Justin Gage and Nate Washington-They have been productive and most fantasy owners have written them off after week 1 when they dazzled, then fizzled in week 2. These guys are solid number three receivers for your fantasy team, if not they are good bye week fillers for teams in need.

This list will help you when decisions come on the waiver wire. We see these player’s as better options than some player’s that owner’s are currently carrying on their squads. And for crying out loud, if you are carrying three tight ends on your team it better be Jason Witten, Tony Gonzalez and Brent Celek. There is no reason to carry more than one TE, it only takes up roster space on your team, it ties up your flexibility on your roster. The same can be said for K and D/ST as only one should be carried, again it ties up roster space when you could have made room for RB Tashard Choice, but you didn’t because you couldn’t part with K David Akers when you already have K Stephen Gostkowksi. Don’t be that guy.
