Today on our tour of all 32 NFL Teams Fantasy Update we check in on San Francisco, Minnesota Vikings.  Mr. Number 1 Fantasy Pick Adrian Peterson and the Vikings look to solidify their QB play, and in San Francisco the fiery Mike Singletary will have the entire off season to leave his imprint on the team before the season starts. Today we stop in Miami, and Houston two teams looking to turn the corner in their respective divisions. Editors note: QB Jeff Garcia signed with Oakland today, Garcia  likely was signed as the backup and WR Laurent Robinson from Atlanta was traded to St. Louis this afternoon. I’ve heard multiple people around the league comment that Plax is not necessarily a bad person, but he is a person that bad things have happened to. But lets clarify something. Plaxico Burress’ problems did not start with the pulling of a trigger. Plaxico’s tardiness to team meetings, work ethic, and commitment have all come into question over the last couple of seasons. As much as I dislike the guy, there is no denying his talent. We all saw how much different of a team the Giants were when Plax was on the field, and when he was off. Whether he is catching a ton of balls or not, he is a player that keeps defensive coordinators honest - and changes how opposing teams game plan for the Giants. Jay Cutler’s Fantasy Football Impact

Quarterback Jay Cutler was traded to the Chicago Bears yesterday for two first round draft picks, and QB Kyle Orton. The move puts Denver in position to draft a QB at the 11 spot or trade draft picks and move up in the draft, or trade draft picks and acquire a QB from a team like Cleveland which has two to many Quarterbacks. But that is not here nor there. We are going to analyze the impact in Chicago Fantasy Brothers style. Cutler brings his rocket arm and diva like attitude to the QB desperate Bears. The good news is Cutler should win a bunch of games this year, and instantly vault the Bears into NFC Super Bowl contenders in 09. Cutler will have an above average Offensive line protecting him and a great Running Back 1 in Matt Forte to keep the opposing defenses honest. A stellar Bear's defense... read more
