Today on our tour of all 32 NFL Teams Fantasy Update we check in on San Francisco, Minnesota Vikings.  Mr. Number 1 Fantasy Pick Adrian Peterson and the Vikings look to solidify their QB play, and in San Francisco the fiery Mike Singletary will have the entire off season to leave his imprint on the team before the season starts. We look forward to hearing from our readers, and as usual any comments or questions will ALWAYS be answered.

NFL TEAM: SAN FRANCISCO

MOVES THAT MATTER: San Francisco signed Free Agent QB Damon Huard, further muddling the QB situation with QB Alex Smith, and QB Shaun Hill….. WR Bryant Johnson left for greener pastures of Detroit and in came WR Brandon Jones from the Titans, Jones should start opposite 2nd year man WR Josh Morgan….RB Deshaun Foster leaving has left the 49ers seriously thin at RB….There have been grumblings at the Niners  O.T.A. that RB Frank Gore looks out of shape, and is cadillacing.

FANTASY IMPACT: Offensive Coordinator Mike Martz was canned.  The Niners offensive numbers will all go down, the pass to set up the run philosophy is a great Fantasy producing machine. Now the team will turn to a run first system…. The 49ers are taking a serious look at QB Mark Sanchez which speaks volumes around their lack of confidence in the other QBs…. The depth behind Gore is seriously thin, look for an early draft selection to come in and back up Gore…. Gore had decent numbers last year 240-1036-6 rushing and 43-373-2 receiving (6 fumbles) but reports of him being out of shape are a little concerning to me when Gore is considered a top 5 Fantasy selection, but that’s just me…. I don’t think I would draft WR Josh Morgan or Brandon Jones until after the 20th round, and I would never think of drafting TE Vernon Davis, EVER.  Davis is always OFF my draft board.  This way there is no way I can talk my self into getting sucked into the inevitable disappointing season Davis surely will have. Do not fall victim to the “Davis is going to break out this year he has to, right? line of thought on your draft night.

DRAFT PROJECTION: QB- Mark Sanchez, WR- Jeremy Maclin, WR- Percy Harvin

NFL TEAM: MINNESOTA VIKINGS

MOVES THAT MATTER:The Vikes traded for former Texan back up QB Sage Rosenfels to battle or push QB Tavaris Jackson…. The Vikings were supposedly in the running for QB Jay Cutler but it was rival Chicago Bears that were able to cough up the best package…. Minnesota returns all of their offensive pieces from last years 10-6 playoff team

FANTASY IMPACT:The consensus number 1 Fantasy Pick RB Adrian Peterson will again carry the load for the Vikes…. RB Chester Taylor carried the ball significantly less last year but did have 45 receptions making his handcuff value drop for this year…. WR Bernard Berrian is still a burner and produced solid numbers when given the chance.  WR Sidney Rice became a huge red zone target towards the end of the year and looks about ready to make the leap into becoming a play maker.   The incosistant QB play has hurt both receivers numbers…. TE Visanthe Shiancoe had a quiet but very solid season numbers wise (42-596-7) and will make a solid mid round selecton.

DRAFT PROJECTION:WR- Darrius Heyward-Bey, WR -Kenny Britt, CB- Alphonso Thorpe

Tomorrow we check up on two playoff teams Baltimore, and Arizona
